Just found this... explains it a lil better. Eloine's Blessing: Grants a bonus to Amber Echo collection rates from all sources.
Belafontine's Blessing: Gives a bonus to non-Echo resource gain from sources, essentially giving you a chance to occasionally double up on standard foraging drops.
Amadeus' Blessing: Increases your chances of receiving rare Highland-exclusive loot drops (like plushies, rare bugs, or unexpected items).
Halward's Blessing: Increases the effectiveness and damage of all your tools, meaning you use fewer arrows to hunt and need to strike nodes or trees fewer times

try checking royal hunting grounds c5/d5 every now and then, sometimes flame queen spawns there in amber. i dont know about other places but thats where people have found a good amount of them trapped in amber.

You don't need starred ingredients for the relics!
If it's showing that it needs starred, you either only have starred on you/in storage, or the relic is calculating starred to fill in the gap (you don't have enough unstarred).

There's no official announcement date though, so that's not set in stone.

Leg. traits can't be bred or passed down, so only option is to keep the horse with those traits. They can randomly spawn onto other animals tho. It's very rare. Can also randomly get leg. traits from purchasing a new animal

It just means it increases the amount of regular items (ore, wood, ect) dropped.

In my experience it increases the amount of resources you gain during things like mining, woodcutting, and foraging. This includes giving double plants, and it is quite frequent.

The tool strength ring works, it's letting me kill normal jaakats in two hits instead of three, and less hits to break ore, chop trees, ect.

The echo boost ring works as well, I get consistently more echo when using it.

Same as the non-highlands drop ring, it does increase drop amounts.

The only ring that seems to be non-functional right now is the Luck (Amadeus) ring.

any of the animals you see with colored symbols and shields have masks on. (you can see that better when they're stuck in amber, you can get up close to look.) those masks have a chance to drop as loot when you kill them, and those masks have a chance to be starred. starred masks can be used as decor as you like, otherwise they open vaults.

jaakcats and sernuk all have a chance to drop plushies as well.

The campsite resets at 12PM UTC. There are indeed 2 campsites. But... Right now, they are glitched. 1/ the campsites are not the same on all of the servers, which appears to not be intended. So it's not possible to say where the campsites are. 2/ the recipes are glitched. They shouldn't give duplicates but they do.
As for the backpacks, they are RNG. You can get them or can get soup.

I hear rumors of someone "getting the skillet recipe" but have yet to find anyone who does. I think it is a bug considering it is on everyone's I dont have list. I think the person who said they had it is mistaken. I appreciate the info from Forsetti, wish they would fix some of these issues now instead of waiting on the next patch. They did this to us with EW, making us wait on a content update for fixes. It causes players to lose trust in the devs imho.

I am not giving them a free pass. They pushed Palia to multiple platforms while continuing to exist under a beta tag, and charge an absurd amount of money for cosmetic content. They can fold some of that revenue into testing and fixing things instead of laying people off. I have dropped more money into Palia then I have in most AAA games. A typical AAA game costs roughly $60 USD the same cost as the Royal Highlands supporter pack. They are making money.

I dunno, the point is to encourage riding the mounts, right?
So it would make sense that it's the echo collected while riding.
And you CAN collect echo while riding due to foraging (sadly not much else unless you break ore or chop trees, then mount up, collect after getting on your horse and ride for a bit)

it's a big map and the places you can gather the most echo are in the big spawn locations, and they said to encourage exploration. so imo it's about riding to and from the spawn locations rather than fast travel to stables and then ride.

Easiest way (in my opinion) - get a horse with JUST a Riding Trait (I always advise isolating traits). Doesn't matter what it is. Breed it with an animal with no traits, use a Rider's Reroll Cookie (50 amber, so dirt cheap) until you get a different Rider's Trait.
Best turning is +turning, -speed, -speed (so Technical + Marathoner). You might be happy with just Technical or Fancy Feet, or a different combination.
2 options - either breed the 2 traits together and reroll both together, or reroll individually and then breed them together.
get a different horse with the cosmetics you want, then breed the cosmetic horse and the turning horse together (using Breed Treats, ideally the best ones for best likelihood of getting everything)

Seeing as we cant mine, hunt, fish or bughunt while mounted. Pretty much leaves only gathering flowers then indeed, in order to complete the event.

The distance counter only increases while you're riding, the amber counter increases whenever you collect amber. Both are cumulative, so won't be reset when leaving your horse or so.

the lantern ash trees have red/orange leaves, the twisted tree has purple leaves and a green base, if the trees on your plot look like the ones in the royal highlands its the lantern ash ones

Is there anything special about the Amber bomb? It seems quite expensive to make. You get 20 royal arrows with 1 jadium and 10 essence, while the amber bomb is only a single craft for 1 jadium and 15 essence.

The Queen spawns in multiple locations throughout the day, honestly I just ran in a circle and tried to see all the spots multiple times on my server. I usually catch 1-2 each cycle if I'm paying attention. You can also lure them.

Sonetimes it takes a while until they respawn if someone was already hunting them. Try the other spots in the meantime. The map is def. correct
