the progress on the track is only from 2 dailies

completing all 4 bundles fills the track instantly but u can reach all milestones without them, bundle completion only triggers the outro quest, which is only narrative since the rework to the board and doesn't lock anything exclusive behind it

He will go once he's venerated. But he can still get me stuff, so slow rotation... but this is how I get my cookies is by getting perfect breeds, then clone/flip them. Even if it's not every single trait, it still can go for legendary.

Now I can rotate in ferrets. It'll slow down my mushroom intake, but am content with the trade off I think.

There are distinct differences between a jumper and a sweater, tho they are more or less the same thing. One can be worn by itself (sweater), while others are worn sort of like a coat, over ur clothes (jumper). Jumpers are thicker and scratchier hence the undergarments

I'm a knitter, too. None of the outfits that are in the path include a true cardigan that buttons down the front (or zips, or is open). They are all pullovers that you have to pull over your head. This is not as simple as just clicking on the path. You have to click on the little icon in the top right corner on the main path screen to make the path active. If you’ve finished the previous path, it really should prompt you to choose the new one (if you haven’t already) as soon as you earn new XP. I had even read that you need to activate the path. So I went in and opened it. I thought that meant it was activated. There is nothing indicating that the icon in the corner is what you have to click!

Pros and cons of the estate (from my POV):
✅ Hobbit style front door, fancy indoor wallpaper, pretty outside walls, craftable, nice addons, (you can float it on red present), you can open walls without needing glitches
❌ When taking off a floor between 2 stories, you get a hole in the wall where the floor should be, when having a door opening between rooms it messes up the wallpaper on the wall with said door, one unique size room

Do you have a spiral cobweb? Because with that you can place a builders floor on the terrace, place the cobweb on the builders floor. Then group select with the cobweb and you can put the terrace almost anywhere. You can remove the floor and cobweb after.

The other mistake I made in this video is less obvious but it's this: I did not line up the same side for "consistency."

the stone is 5 ticks, the bronze is 6 or 7 I think, but here's angels to compare...

There's probably more pole stuff you could do, but this is no glitch required.

Another pros, you can mix the alchemist cottage line with the estate line If you like some of the alchemist addons

I put the pole on, rotate it two notches, then put the next pole on, so it's two poles in.

Then I rotate it FOUR notches (should be six in total) before the final "arch" pole is installed.

I "measure"/wing it by eyeballing a triangle for consistency.

Then I put the three merged poles onto a final standalone one, so it's four poles total.

I spaced it 2 whole blocks, and half a micro block, so it's even to the Alchemist base opening.

And no glitch required, putting a floor down you can sink into the arch and "expand" your organatory/green house maybe? Or have Estate stairs go down into the space if you want it on the ground itself... just means adding one extra pole onto the collective before taking it off the shelf to make it "deeper" / stick out further than pictured.

You can use a bit of cancellation to merge the pillars into each others for a smoother result too

I also can’t place any wall décor on the interior side. I thought this would’ve been fixed in the latest update, but it doesn’t seem to be. Is there a workaround I’m missing? You want to put the horizontal one on one of the vertical ones you have there. The horizontal one has to stay anchored to a vertical one, so just use the vertical one with the horizonal one attached to make the vertical bars for your windows.

I placed a builders wall. Then I picked it up and cancel placed it directly to the side, at least the width of the wall or a little more. Then I just placed the ornaments (lots of them) on the wall, painstakingly with the grid off to get them close together. Once all the ornaments were on the wall, I picked up the wall and put it down again, which makes the entire arrangement of ornaments float off to the side of the wall. Then it's just a matter of opening up the wall of your cottage, placing the builders wall in the right place, and closing the wall again to hide the builders wall.

Aw, thank you! I don't make videos, sorry (my son is currently laughing at the idea of his mom being a youtuber). 🤣

So the only thing you have to cancel place is the wall. Then you just place all the ornaments normally. By cancelling the wall directly sideways you can hide it in the wall of your cottage, but it will still work as a surface for your ornaments when it's cancel placed. Here is a picture up closer, so you can see the spacing a little, and the second picture shows you how the wall is hidden in the wall... (I did it this way becasue I wanted all the ornaments to be in the same plane, like a pane of glass sort of, but if you hang them off each other they end up in front of each other a little, if that makes sense.)

Also, you can do all the placing outside. Once you have the ornaments on the wall, they will stay attached to the wall (just floating to the side), so you can just move them all together by moving the wall.

I'm trying to pick a design for my housing plot and because everything I touch has to be complicated I'm going with the idea of building my entire plot around giant footprints made from log pavers.

I'm trying to choose between two designs and could use some help deciding.

1. Bigfoot

Simple, easy to follow, a set of footprints cross the plot with gardens and buildings spread around them. Might not be in the exact spots posted, but it conveys the idea.

2. Giant's Roost

A single set of footprints set in front of two full 12 building estates linked with cat-walks. I would use Elderwood flowers to create a silhouette/shadow of a giant sitting on the houses. The rest of the plot would be based after a traditional English garden with bright colors.

Do either translate well?

The foot print you made already looks very fun! The one thing I would note is that while you can see this well from your overhead view, someone visiting your plot is restricted to seeing it from ground level (unless of course you have some platform for them to see the footprints from, which maybe is the catwalk you mentioned?). Of course, if you are only building this for you personally, and not for some goal on house tours, then this is not important. I love the effect of the shadow if you can pull that off!

Thanks Pickle! I'm hoping it translates on the ground level, the footprint is HUGE in game and is pretty definable as a footprint if you're looking for it thanks to the toes. I do plan on having an upper level for my plot as well, in some capacity.

Still not sure on design, I'm kinda worried about the item limit if I go with the shadow design because that's going to be so many flowers.

You can chain them to get them to merge, and then they look like one big unit. I would do it in rows, and then you can stack the rows. You'll need one extra nightstand...

Place your extra nightstand down (my "extra" is on the left in my first picture). Using a bowl or pillar and group select, place a nightstand on top of the extra, lined up perfectly. Then pick that up and cancel place it (again, lined up perfectly) immediately to the right of your "extra" (the pie in my picture is my cancel place item). Now get another nightstand and put your bowl/pillar on that, group select with that. You want to place this nightstand on top of the one you just cancel placed, but offset toward the left--i did two clicks of the grid (4th picture). Now pick up the bottom nightstand and place it again, and the two nightstands will now be connected and merged slightly together. You can then repeat this process as many times as you want to get a row of merged perfectly lined up nightstands (the last three photos show how I did it with the first two connected to add a third). Then just stack your rows and you will have a nice looking cabinet...

As long as you pick up the unit by the one on the left end, they will stay all connected. You can just put a bowl on top anywhere and group select to stack one row of nightstands on top of another. (I didn't have enough to demonstrate this.)

I need some decor help/advice. I'm building a large library (50 -100 bookcases) and I just now realized that the lower two shelves are just too short to put books on for some reason. I don't know how to glitch the books into place or how to glitch books sideways, and fences can't be put inside. The only option I've found so far is to put flowers in front of the bottom two shelves, but it looks kinda tacky. And ideas?

The only glitch I was taught was to glitch two pieces of furniture together using a gourmet bowl, but it only works if the item is large enough to have a bowl placed on it.

Cancel placement works a bit in the idea of merging too, but in situations where you can't use the bowl trick You'll just have to have a placeable item in your inventory slots, pick up your bookshelf to move it away and take that item out of your inventory (it'll place your bookshelf without you needing to put it down) and free the space for any other furniture. Place the furniture you wanted in your bookshelf down where the bookshelf was then reload your plot, the bookshelf will come back to it's original place

I’m thinking the game logic is flawed because it should be checking if we had obtained it, and if so, block from repeated sales, but detect if we’re missing it after the block was set (and if not in chests, release for resale.) that, or literally just take away the remove option on those.

Trees are kind of like crafters. They need to be touching the ground, or else the anchor they are on needs to be touching the ground outside. You also can't sink them very far either, if I remember correctly. So if you put a tree on a red present somewhere that is not on the ground, it will end up in the lamp zone. These were all somewhere on your plot that had some sort of issue with the connection to the ground.

Also, the terrace recipes are ridiculous. A small snow-covered terrace needs 45 snowballs. Which we can't get anymore except with luck. It's so lame to give us recipes that we can't even get the ingredients for except by luck.

I'm going to need a lot of snowballs, so I would even take that over copper ore. I don't even know how many snowballs the bundle recipes take, but I'm sure we are going to need a few hundred. Which means any snowballs I find are probably going to go to those recipes for the bundles. How will I be able to then make any of the terraces? I will need thousands of snowballs to make enough terraces for what I'd like to do with them.

I still get the same exact spawn point for loading into the game, entering from Kilima, and changing plots... first picture is entering from Kilima, second is changing plots. I have memorized that little curved patch of snow slightly to the right of where I'm standing. The spawn point for Unstuck is different (third picture)--it's further forward and a little to the left of the other spawn point.

Regardless, the point in the first two pictures is the tour board spawn point, too. Only Unstuck seems to put you somewhere weird.

It totally is, because it looks like exactly where I end up, just slightly to the left of the first spot and forward about that much. It makes zero sense why it would be different for both of us. Mine used to be like yours but it's been the same as the Kilima entry spot for several months.

Don't take it apart! Just use another present. Place the second present, cancel place it lower, then place your truck present on that second present. (You might have to cancel a bunch of the truck out of the way.)
