I can't say if this works (and I'm not at my PC to test it) but have you tried.....

• put the stone crate on the shelf so its mostly hanging off
• put the lamp on top of the stone crate
• rotate the shelf so the lamp on the stone is upside down

Yup, you can grab the crate off the shelf afterwards. The stone crate should be placeable if you are connecting it to other pieces above.

You can't but, if you aim at the shelf with nothing on the back when you double jump the shelf will rotate according to what direction it was facing (learnt this the hard way), so if you need to rotate it while selecting to cancel place you can more or less change it

You are correct. Ghosting (which allowed you to put hallways inside houses, or extra bay windows on a wall and stuff like that) was patched out. Unfortunately, a lot of people call cancel placement “ghosting” (which leads to confusion), and cancel placement is definitely alive and well.

They did, lots of newer players refer to canceling or some other tricks as ghosting as there is a content creator or few calling it by the wrong term. Ghosting is generally referring to creating an open wall on a building. The picture shows plenty of thing that use either canceling or obstacle flick though!

Floors! I can get almost to the very end before it starts popping up. Changing to a different area to link the piece only seems to help for a floorboard or two.

i googled it. You are unable to place Zeki's purchased fish (Taiyaki) in the Maji Market basket because the fish is an edible item, not a decoration. The white paper indicates that it is a food item, and only starred quality food items can be placed as decorations in the Maji Market basket on your housing plot.

Canceling method. Get one on the place u want it. Then put it away and ghost it. Get one nearly and place this. Left the plot to another, come back, so they fit together because the ghosting. Hopefull i explain it corecctly. Im German xD

Then you could do it with a glitch called "obstacle flick", a bit tricky but really useful once you know how to use it You can look it up on youtube for a tutorial (Either you flick it on the terrace directly, or on something small like a dessert plate/paver to be able to rotate it on the terrace )

There might be easier ways, but I don't know if it's possible to multi-select with the tent so...

You could use anything for flicking really (as long as it's placeable on the terrace) Before flicking, you could check if multi-select method works tho Put a pillar on the ground of the tent and try multiselecting to see if the tent links to the pillar or not

Also if you gather silver, gold, and plat ore you can smith them into bars to make a pretty penny. Mining Palium in Elderwood gives you a chance at rubies too which go for high value.

There are alot of beginner friendly food parties. I host a couple a day usually.

Lastly, I've found a good passive income is the garden. Growing star pumpkins and then preserving them will give you a decent passive income

What’s the difference between just doing the food solo vs in a cooking party

Cooking party you don't have to have all the ingredients, just your part. Also much faster. A Bean burger gets made in a min or less with a good party vs 2 to 3 mins solo.

Better to put your jam maker during nighttime, so it does the work while you're offline

You do your one step of the recipe per round and get food as if you made it yourself

Oh yeah pumpkins is one of my go to for income. Only thing that stinks with cooking parties is if th party starts in like 5 mins and I have maybe 10 of the ingredients needed lol

Try to join on a role that requires no ingredients. I.E Patty flipper, fruit spreader, oven, etc

Also many of the roles only require ingredients from Zekki's store so that makes it easier than gardening or gathering.

Something I used to do when I first started, although its not a huge income, was play the hot pot at night for the prize wheel coins. The fireworks from the wheel sell for a decent amount.

Really luck dependent, but every so often you will see epic or legendary sushi/sashimi/fish stew/fish taco parties pop up on paliaparty.
Apart from the fact that these are incredible money, you can’t do something wrong, if you put your fish and ogo meat in your lockbox.
