cant speak for others, but for germany: while u have to learn english starting 3rd grade (about 8yrs old), the purely school based education on it is lacking.

well, for the most of my generation its because of the internet. to consume a lot of content english is simply necessary and once you start consuming more and more of content in that language you're going to pick up more and more of it.
ofc the school taught a pretty good "base" for that, but it also lost everyone who didn't use english in their spare time.

In the US, I feel that we'd be better served if we were encouraged more to learn another language. They have a requirement in high school to take a couple foreign language classes, but I think that's almost too late. The younger we start, the easier it is. I just dislike that it isn't seen as a higher priority here, they just expect every other country to learn English instead. It's incredibly short-sighted and doesn't do us any favors in such a diverse world. I'm very anti-isolationist. I wanna know ALL the cultures 😄

Need to look up canceling (or cancel placement), which temporarily places an object (an anchor, something to place things on) by bringing something else placeable from your hotbar, then you can place the [plushie] on it.
If you cancel the anchor higher than it was before the plushie will float, if you cancel lower it will sink

struggling to work how to organise 103 fish and 50 bugs. into a harvest house and 3 large rooms. any thoughts? i did think about splitting them up between kilima, bahari and elderwood, they each have own rooms. caves and ponds be in harvest house, along with bugs from foraging/trees and mining. but then different species of beetles for example would be split between them all. which i would rather keep them in same place. like all beetles together in 1 room instead of split in three.

The scroll is floated off the paver, and the tray is turned upside down and floated, so they are not all one piece

And I used the 1 cup method to float them rather than a decor item anchor

What I find funny about this is that nothing in that photo is going to be used as intended. dont think u have many options for railing.
umbraan should be the most fitting one, but that it cant be recolored blows.

nope, just pull your chest into your feet, hold left click, while holding left click press the number of the wallpaper.
make sure u set the hotkey - with out that one it wont work
some times u need to press the number twice
