I just opened up a new plot and everything is gone (none of the rocks I had refused to mine or the shrubs that I didn't chop down) I am OK with this! In fact it was something I was hoping would be a thing in the future. I'm just wondering before I start building the mansion I always wanted to:
A: Is this part of the plot glitching/issues and the missing rocks are temporary
B: Is it safe to build housing/put down things considering the current plot issues

I mostly don't want to spend the time to build on the plot and then after they have fixed things either A: lose all my rocks and shrubs on my older plots, or B: lose all my new mansion. If someone has been building/decorating on their plots since the recent patch fixes could let me know that would be awesome.

Oh, I liked the fact that all the default trees and rocks were gone (for that specific plot) so I can actually build for once with no rocks in the way. All the default rocks and trees are still there on the important plots (my forest home and my farm plot) so this setup is perfect for me... I just don't want to lose items placed down during this game session when I log out.

Nice, it'll be easier then There's a little trick to get the recipes only, fill up your inventory (preferably with furnitures) and amo pouch to the max (full stacks), that way you can't pick up anything else than the recipes It'll just take you lots of server hopping tho

I was right that a floor takes 4 full squares So ! Here's what to do:

Put your pillar right in the middle of four large squares on the grid, pick it up and move it to one of the corner, cancel the placement of it. Pick the floor and put it back on top, then move the build away by the pillar The floor should move to get the pillar to the corner

If they make it so you can get the seeds from fully growing them, then after 4-5 goes over it, people will just stop going.

New people to the game won't have anyone to play it with.

I don't like the look of nameplates, but even if I did - i refuse to use a system that I consider to be poorly designed and requiring going back to early social media f4f vibes

there are some ways, u can do 4 straight angles by changing where your camera "looks" and checking by pulling planned to be flicked item out from inventory without placing

other option is either moving the surface at angle (if u flick on something) or flicking on anchor like a gourmet plate, using cancelation on flicked object, rotating anchor and taking it out later
