I logged in to find my Shepp Quest has been progressed. I was wanting to choose Tish but she's not level 4 yet, I am very careful selecting options in dialogue but it seems that it's auto selected someone else and moved on cause now I need to go to see Eshe. Any way to change it?

they're from the elderwood piski bounce even that happens every in-game evening at 10pm
its completely random and you'll ust need to do that event a bunch to try and get them

not as rare as lilac but not as common as ferns, it'll take several tries to get all 10, best thing to do for that event is to climb as high as you can go and grab as many as you can in 1 glide down before running to the mushrooms and launching yourself

As far as I know it works in Bahari and Elderwood. I don't know about Kilima. Someone earlier said they couldn't place it in Kilima though. 🤷‍♀️ I haven't used mine yet.

Hello, unfortunately, my teammate still can't speak to Najuma. Najuma is still standing with him in Bahari and isn't giving out the quest for the board. Anyone else having the same problem? Leaving the map doesn't help.

The farm register sells pumpkins and you can pop them in the seeder to get the seeds

Just make sure you reply to the ticket ocassionally letting them know you are still unable to progress in the quest. And did you submit it as a bug report or a quest help ticket?

You'll want to submit it as quest help. Bug reports are for devs to replicate and fix via coding. They're typically for issues that can't be resolved with support or player workarounds. And you typically dont get a response or help on them

Hi there! My brother is having trouble submitting items for the bundles:
He'll try submitting an item, and it won't let him. So say he tries submitting the Elderwood Cosmos flowers, it will let him fill the progress bar bit, then when he clicks A to submit, it does nothing. Then coming out of the board resets the progress to 0

Congee is a reward for the Extravagant Expectations quest that introduces an NPC. Reth starts it with the "your order is served" quest.

Dont fish in the elderwoods the candy isn't dropping from the fish there, I got all my yellow candy from a honey lure outside of bahari central stables, blue candy from fishing in kilima and green from mining in the valley as well

yes you do, but you can't link to xbox through the website. you were supposed to link when you first opened the game on xbox, if you skipped that then you're supposed to follow this Upgrading Your Account method https://support.palia.com/hc/en-us/articles/37544976793620--Xbox-Series-X-S-Account-Creation-Linking-and-Rewards#h_01HW8JSK13B1FT3BZWAQN8TZKH which requires making the account during the process. you'll either need to do the Upgrading Your Account method, creating a new account in the process, or make a support ticket and ask if they can link it for you (although i'm not sure they can link existing accounts to existing xbox characters and it'll probably take weeks to get a response because they're so backlogged atm)

If it doesn't want to let you dig when you click on it, it usually has a message why. My best advice is to take a little video if you can,and send it as a ticket, with proof and all, you can say that way you can't get artifacts nor corn

Where did you get infected pumpkin frogs? Does that happen when you put the lure in Elederwood? Since they don't count for corn,just for the skill, I would assume they aren't meant to be even infected since they are limited thing

That "fix" for the missing doors...only works if you're not using a switch and didn't stack your building

The edit function on switch for your housing plot and the stackable housing is completely broken...you can't edit the main floor only the 2nd floor...so every time i wanna tweak anything, i have to pull my entire structure apart because you cant edit the fist floor if you have them stacked. This has been an issue since they introduced the new housing options btw

It is probably displaced somewhere way off from its original location so you will need to go into editor mode and find the floor or block it was in and pick it up in your hand to hold it and move it around to see if the furnace is attached to it and move off of it.

People use flowers as a big decor part for their home plots. One of the biggest things for this game is decorating your plot…

So it’s okay to be upset when there are decor bugs. I spent months collecting those flower bushes to decorate my plot. So of course I’m going to be sad when there is a bug…. Do I blame the devs? Of course not! I sent a bug email and so did other people!

But I mostly wanted to bring it up now after this random update/short maintenance in case people think it’s fixed because I spent 3 hours yesterday watering all my bushes for them to never fully grow and turn back into seedlings

I just don’t want people to be like “OH NEW MAINTENANCE ITS FIXED!!!” when it’s not

You select them on the „inspection board“ and click on donate, you can get good treats from doing so too

You have to go into your overhead housing menu, click the square with the pencil and change the entry for your front wall to a doorway (the same way you change interior doorways).

Umbraan wreath: was everyone able to get a recipe for the umbraan wreath? I bought the starter pack from the stall, and made everything that came up. No wreath recipe. if there's steps involved that don't use base ingredients that may count as participating, since there are steps that require adding ingredients/stirring / cooking things that were chopped to add them to the final dish or even a later step, though i'm not 1000% sure on that since i honestly don't cook that much

Whatever role your friend is doing, always make sure there’s enough ingredients in their storage. Like if you’re doing 10 rounds of a recipe you started, make sure they have 10 wheat, just for an example

Some roles are free tho, no ingredients needed

Also Special Donations doesn't open any doors. ||If you mean the door to the small temple on the main island, then you want to complete Proof of Magic and Vault of the Gales and complete the Temple of the Flames. If you meant the door to the tower on the final island, the key is the top of the tower.||

I'm having a big of trouble with a quest progress. Main quest and at the part where Eshe is supposed to meet me at my house and she isn't. ALso, she has had a white question mark above her head forever and I can't figure out why. Not quests oustanding for her that I can tell, she never has anything t say other than "Chat". Ah, I guess the question mark is for the completion of the Choose your Shepp quest... But do I need to wait for days befire she shows up after the Vault of the Roots quest?

which quest is it that she's supposed to turn up for? two possibilities off the top of my head:

• if you already have an npc visiting, no other npc can visit - gotta get rid of whoever's already there first
• npcs sometimes spawn underground and you have to point your camera down at the ground to interact with them. however in this case their icon should appear on the compass so you'd probably have noticed this already.

Would someone be able to help explain gifting and how long u have to wait to do weekly gifts ?

So gifting is giving items to the villagers once an RL day. Weekly gifts are specific things that they ask for that you can only give them once per RL week. Reset is on Mondays and new weeklies are given. You can give all four weekly gifts each week. Otherwise, you can give them things they'll like, but they'll only accept one of any item once per week. This is your main source of getting rep with them.

Daily reset is Midnight EST.

Also, I stepped in to ask if anyone else is having issues with getting ANY hair to change to another color? Not just the three new ones stated, I cannot change my hair color at all with any hair.

Need help on how to get Umbraan Wreath. Someone told me at shop in elderwood and buy the starter pack. I saw 2 starter packs there (costly in essence) but none told about the Wreath in description of items. I bought 2 at Tish but would like the recipe to do it myself. Beats me why this recipe is not at Tish's shop. She is the furniture maker after all.

Unfortunately just spamming opening and closing the bundles or leaving map and come back to submit items are the player workarounds we have.

Also submitting the items in total so if you need to submit 10 of an item submitting all ten of the item instead of doing it in increments.

They can be infected if you want to get essence at the same time but the only bugs that will be summoned are pumpkinhoppers so anywhere in the elderwood would be the most minmax. Groves in Bahari have been common if you want to party up with people to min max your gains but I haven't seen anyone struggle to get a party for them :)

Each seed should say how many days to harvest!

If you want to min-max, grow fertilizer adds 1 day of growth for every 2 days. If you want to plan out layouts, there are many free websites that you can use to get even more specific with perks/growth times/amount per harvest/etc such as https://palia-garden-planner.vercel.app/

Additional information is that the growth time is literally based on how many in game days (resetting at 6am in game) you were there for. If you logged in at 1-9pm ingame on Tuesday IRL and then 1-9pm ingame on Wednesday IRL your crops will grow because the in game clock ticks universally.

Go to the quest tab of your backpack. Find the journals and re-read them front to back, spending a few seconds on each page, scrolling down as needed. That should cause the dirt pile to appear.

Not really, you can try using bad breed treats to sort of funnel? Like if the pet can only pass down 1 trait at a time you can have only the good trait OR dirty pass down.

Hi I'm having trouble with finding another enchanting runestone for the guiding light quest, I've already received the one from the shrine behind the waterfall so it won't let me allow me to, I've already bought from Tamala's shop for one and I'm pretty sure I've already been given one from a villiager for completing another quest so its already used up.
