When you start palia you can either choose to link your account or to skip it.
If you try to log in, the error occurs and you‘re not able to go back and skip it. You have to restart the game to choose to skip it which also doesn‘t work (it does nothing)

At this point I’m getting a little frustrated bc I submitted a ticket and said they fixed it when I tried again it was not fixed. I proceeded to email them back and let them know it wasn’t fixed and they continued to send me a email back for a survey and that my ticket had been completed. I received an email response regarding the Switch issue. They need to unlink our account. I accepted, hoping it works without a hitch. Fingers crossed! This seems to be the solution: send a report and check with them so they can unlink your account and then try to log back in. I play on ps5 and I love it. Ofc nothing graphically compares to PC because they can do fancy upgrades to their system but, I’m so glad I opted to play on my ps5 and not my switch. Plus I use a wireless keyboard so I can engage in chat!

S6 asks you after the ticket if you want to unlink your account, if you say yes, it unlinks it, and the home screen appears with a new part, you have to send a screenshot of your new account, so that it unlinks it and puts your good linked account back. Remember to uninstall and reinstall. It's difficult to explain all this but by following the instructions by email, it works

For those experiencing issues with input / trading on console, we are currently working on a fix.

In the mean time, this is a work around:

Uncheck this box and the trading input should cooperate again for those using controllers.

You can't lose anything, as far as I know - I log in and out on myriad devices and my game is the same on all of them. As long as you have an account to log into, you should be fine.

Hihii! I play on PS5, if you hit the middle menu button on the controller to open the main menu then go to feature guide, you should be able to find the dailies 🤩 I haven’t played since the new update so I’m hopeful things haven’t changed THAT much in a couple days lol

Have you checked your xbox account settings? If not I would go look into that real quick. (Going to list the steps) Account, privacy & online safety, xbox privacy, view details and customize, communication and multiplayer, then make sure you have allow on the first two. If those are enabled maybe try clearing your cache . Network settings, advanced settings, alternate mac address, clear, restart.
