Spoiler for the eggs you can't loot and what they relate to as many might not ever discover the related secret. ||While you know it is for "something" many wont know that once you complete the gale temple, the door to the mini-fire temple opens on the east side of the starter island. Keep in mind the door won't be open unless you've also complete the temple of flames.|| It's worth looking to do it for sure though.

Well you don't need that one for anything though as far as I recall you can unlock the achievement with the others, all possible to get without that low an RNG (but yes that one should really be at least 2-5% so it's a weird one from a drop % point of view).

How do you fail recipes? We've tried to make normal spicy stir fry for the achievement but we only get the quality, even if we fail cutting all the time, don't stir and wait until the last moment to finish the recipe

Ah I think fialing the stirring only gives one less of the dish and doesn't really affect the quality? Like, we're trying everything to mess up the cooking but we keep getting the quality dish XD

it's a lag thing yes, unfortunately part and parcel of a beta MMO. It'll take a lot of time for the devs to fix, so I wouldn't hold out hope for it being fixed this year. Sorry for the bad news on that front :(

it's not a lag issue, it's a recent bug. When animals and bugs collide with terrain/trees/rocks etc. they get "teleported" to nearest valid location (and that often includes small bumps on the edge of hills). This is a failed attempt at solving issues with bugs clipping into terrain after spawning and proudhorn teleporting into rocks/ruins. Hopefully they fix it soon cause it's probably worse than the issue it was supposed to solve.

I can get up high onto little island, then there's an updraft, no issue, but next updraft goes at a different angle and I can't seem to catch it (because keeping my W key clear of usage) so how to change direction without disengaging glider? or falling? while in these updrafts? Your chance is to get the boost, not a higher boost, not a double boost. Just the cumulative chance for the boost to apply.

u can put them back in ur housing inventory, don't know how it works on switch but there will probably a button for it listed at the bottom when u select a room in ur housing menu

Once zeki is outside at the nes||t you talk to the girls once I believe, after that when you visit the island in the north and the one in the south, you should be able to interact with the flowgaes on each of them, bringing over Eloisa or Caleri to give you the fish / bug quest at that location (zeki remains as the bird nest). If you don't get the north/south flowgates to trigger then that sounds like a bug, if Zeki has been moved to the last orb island then that maybe could be linked but I'd not know for sure.||.

I'm losing my mind over something. So i just went around gathering treasure chests. And my math seem to not math.
I found out there's:
19 chests in Kilima (including the Water temple ones)
34 in Bahari (44 if we count the Fire/Wind emblem chests)
8 in Wind Temple
7 in Fire Temple
And 4 in the Tower.
All that is 82 chests.
I just finished a run of gathering all those in like 3h. I haven't done the Tower ones. And on the picture are all the chests i have on me. That's 79 total... How did i get an extra chest and where did it come from ?
I'm not great at math, but i'm 200% sure 82 - 79 is not 3... And i haven't gotten 4 chests from the tower, since i've never been there.

You do start with the makeshift bow. But then you use that upgrade to the standard bow so on and so forth.

Your tools are already makeshift level from start of game - first upgrade is standard

It uses the makeshift bow you have equipped. You don't make extra tools in Palia, just upgrade your existing, held ones

besides befriending the villagers trying to complete the bundles is one of the main goals of palia, for some items u will need higher skill levels to unlock stuff first so just do them when u can and if u feel like it

for now we don't have animals we can raise ourselves, but they are very likely in the future
