bubble spots have a higher chance for them, they are totally rng based, fishing normally is ~2% bubble spots around 7%
It takes time getting them, its rly tedious

afaik it only raises the chance of the fertilizer effect if u use it, its not always 100% that the effect happens, so u will increase ur chance with everyday fert, u can also stack up to 99 fert on one tile each at once so u don't need to fert it everyday

i have a question regarding the gift giving mechanic: when you give a villager a loved weekly want (unlocked at friendship level 3/4) although you technically didnt know that it was their weekly want, because its not displayed in the friendship tab as so, does it count as a loved gift?
(can I just look up all weekly loved wants and gift them regardless of asking about the wants?)

u will get glowworms with lvl 7 fishing with a glowfarm, until that u will need to use normal worms, Einar is the guild master of fishing

its faster to pull the fish in with a better rod. so its easier overall to fish with a better rod

I always pick both to try to spawn dari - can't say for 100% sure if the mushrooms are in the same nodes (I've seen people argue both ways) but there's no harm in picking both and you can always just eat all the mushrooms to get the inventory space back if you don't want them

Quick question. Do some characters have way more quests than others? I keep seeing Reth or Reth's missing stuff (aka hidden discovery special quests) everywhere while other characters are way harder for me to interact with or find quests related to them (like Hodari, Caleri or Jel) unless I go out of my way gifting them stuff so they wont be left behind in the relationship bar, so now I'm wondering if some characters just have more quest stuff than others and level up faster by default and if this is intentional design

I'm not totally sure on non-friendship/non-romance quest counts, but I can say that Einar romance levels up more slowly due to some flirting counting towards friendship instead of romance

Focus Fishing: Don't reel in if the fish that bites is the wrong fish! Let it swim away, then reel in. You won't lose bait.

And if it is the right fish and it swims away, just wait and dont reel in. The same fish will always come back as long as you don't reel in.

You can server sync them in the O menu. It looks similar to a recycling icon. They need to accept it, it wont be automatic, or vice versa. You need to be in the same map.

There is currently no way to trade items directly, but you can use the "request" feature in the social menu ('O' by default) to request an item that you have previously gotten yourself.

Herro~ Heh so my issue is kinda odd. Went fishing and my toddler decided to help me with my palia game (shes 2) and while i was casting she pushed my w button and sent me into the water. I voided and shot back to my spot but i was stuck in the fishing animation. I was able to get rid of my fishing rod and infact i could use any tool. Bow would stick out of my chest and once she shot an arrow she leaned back (quite funny to watch really i would bunny hop etc) After the laughs i tried to go home via gate. I got beacon client error. Tried it through the map and sign post nothing. Im stuck in a perm loading screen for the home plot

Usually theyll have the lower levels who dont have access to as much resources simply click the oven and put the cakes in and take them out ^.^

its sadly an ongoing bug, the devs are working on it since a month, the bug is very interconnected and complex tho, not that easy to fix, thr big also clrears ur requests
Only thing to keep track of is to use a external list and/or remember which one u already catched in the rarer category for example, should take some time to catch them
We can't do anything than wait sadly, at least the progress is not wiped out

depends on the bug itself, bahari bee is for example uncommon, more likely to see a starred version of it, golden glory bee is rare
can't give u an exact number bcs there is none, but its definetly on the rarer side for starred ones in general

if u unequip a pin u won't be able to equip the pin u've unequipped until the weekly reset on mondays, but u can easily equip another villagers pin
it will only trigger a dialogue but the villager will forget about it the next time u talk to them, no downsides, I often switch them bcs I feel like it xD

Is it profitable to make apple jam in terms of making money?

It's decent. There are better crops for profit. However, every lay out comes with it's ups and downs. My lay out makes me 25-30k after I sleep every day +some active 10-20k when I'm online as time passes. But it requires me to weed every day, and it's super fast harvests so lots of replanting. Apples advantage is being afk friendly. They have long harvest periods so you don't need to tend to them as much especially if you arrange for water retain and weed block.

It just really depends on your play style preferences. Do you want a super active garden or one you can leave for awhile without tending too much?

So, at the moment people have been reporting both visual issues, and issues with Achievements completing as well. I would play it safe at this time and wait for the fix if you are worried about having to try again later for achievement progress. You shouldn't lose any progress you have already attained so far.

rummage piles are a once per real life day hunt and click, you might get a recipe/random items/quest etc, just something to do daily really - flow tree's are end game materials that you make into planks, like normal wood, they make the current best furniture

but best is also subjective, as I end up liking the less rare furniture like ranch etc

you'll notice the flow tree's btw as you adventure, giant glowing void looking effects on them, requires fine axes/exquisite to chop down, makes a really nice sound as you hit too

Gazebo is for housing slots! You can obtain these by going to your house and clicking on the H menu. There is a dropdown at the top to purchase more housing slots- you'll have to buy three of these for 50k, 75k, and 100k respectively. Then, after that, you go to the townhall and buy a gazebo blueprint, take it home, then throw resources in to make it. This counts as a room. (The first gazebo should be free, but some players don't receive it, so better to plan to spend extra than to not plan for it and be disappointed).

It happens to me when I switch bait. That seems to trigger it on my end, whatever it is.

in fact, up until recently I was only using glow worms (long story short, I made a giant fish wall and needed hundreds of fish, biggest and more common are common glow worm fish from kilima lake)

I can confirm waiting for a second bite can work sometimes. But that only happened to me outside of fishing pools, not in them. Might be more of a server issue thing, yeah.

Question about the Mask quest. I finally reached level 3 with Jina. I am fairly certain I was given the key but when I look it shows ...
I went to the library to try anyway and it sometimes shows the enter or talk to Jina/Hekla options. If I try to go in it say I need the key. Then sometimes when I go it says you need the key with no options to enter or talk to the NPCs.
I have a feeling it's glitched or is there something else I'm missing?
