I looks like any missing furniture likely shows up in the Housing Menu. I pressed 'H' and discovered there's a House inventory menu, and clicking on Crafting Furniture pulled up my missing Prep Table.

I didn't see any Dev posts warning to not place furniture in houses. Just porches - and that was patched

Gazebo is for housing slots! You can obtain these by going to your house and clicking on the H menu. There is a dropdown at the top to purchase more housing slots- you'll have to buy three of these for 50k, 75k, and 100k respectively. Then, after that, you go to the townhall and buy a gazebo blueprint, take it home, then throw resources in to make it. This counts as a room.

In general, you cannot get a recipe as a side-effect of buying food from a vendor. There are two (?) cases where you do get a recipe when you get food, as part of quests.

Gazebo is for housing slots! You can obtain these by going to your house and clicking on the H menu. There is a dropdown at the top to purchase more housing slots- you'll have to buy three of these for 50k, 75k, and 100k respectively. Then, after that, you go to the townhall and buy a gazebo blueprint, take it home, then throw resources in to make it. This counts as a room.

The fish are endless. Ocassionally fish will not get the hook on the 1st try. Keep the bobber in the water and they will hit again. If you keep missing you have severe lag
