They tell you the size in the city hall shop, your main house is 11 x 11, press ctrl and you can count the grid, large room is the same 11x11, medium 9x9, and so on

It's not about romance, a Shepp is essentially a "Mentor" in the game, romance is a different relationship line and you can choose to abstain from any romance

Yes it is a main questline, but it's not a Romance questline, a "Shepp" is a mentor in the game. For example, Chayne the priest guy has been Hassian and Sifuu's Shepp.

Hence why Exquisite Bow helps your distance be a lot easier to work with, Gardening Can waters more crops, Axe cuts trees that have more wood, etc.

If it shoots further away with less effort, then the description applies. That is where I will leave it

While both on your plot, there is a blue sign by the exit/entrance you can interact with to visit each other. I think you need to be on the same server first, but that may be incorrect and it may sync it automatically.
