You can log into the Palia download on your switch with your palia.com account information that is linked to your steam character, and you'll be able to play the same character on both systems.

The randomization of the nameplate voting options stopped around the same time the random tour option was disabled. A dev commented a while ago that the randomization for home touring was turned off for specific reasons, so my guess is both randomization features were tied to the same type of coding that was causing an issue.

The umbraan one is different, like you said. That one you do need to purchase the rugs. The ravenwood one you've already completed, so you don't need the rugs. You only have to acquire the pieces shown on the screens you shared. Once they are all shown in full color, no longer blacked out, you've got everything you need for the achievement. I'm sorry if I made that more confusing, just trying to help

It sounds like it was simply a loading issue. Technically our plots are all on the same "map," you can sometimes see other plots when you get yeeted into the housing plot sky.

It can happen with other players appearing to load on the housing plot as well.

Focus is a mechanic that gives you extra experience when you eat, each focus point equals one experience point. The focus bonus changes how much "extra" you get for each action. There's a base amount of experience that you always get, and then you get some extra based on your focus bonus (and if you don't have enough focus points, based on how many focus points you have).
For example, let's say you do an action that normally gives you 10 XP. At a focus bonus of 50%, you'd get 10XP base + 50% * 10XP from the bonus = 15XP, at a focus bonus of 100% it'd be 10XP base + 100% * 10XP from the bonus= 20XP. This assumes that you've got enough focus points in your bar to cover the bonus, so to get the full amount in the first example you'd need and consume 5 focus points, in the second example it'd be 10. If you've got less than that, you get as many XP as you've got focus points for, so if you had 3 focus points in one of the examples above you'd get 13XP total.

It's the same way you use the regular arrow in a sense, as you select the flare and then use your bow. If you want to flare a node, usually shooting right at it works better than shooting into the sky!

Yeah the ground is the best place to aim for flares it's the most accurate, esp for smaller items like a dari clove etc.

Aiming at the ground is most helpful in EW too esp when in areas like Deep Woods that way players can see it from all elevations.

Ngl it's easiest to use a hunter's horn (so you can see where it is on the map) and just use fine arrows bc they do the most damage. They still exist after teleporting (unlike chapaa when they dig away), so you can wait until they stop freaking out and go back to grazing before hitting them again

It's just we don't have a yellow tint. The only way to get yellow is hoping leafy green (or now riffroc/celebration) puts the one shade of yellow it has on the item. There's no good red or orange tints, either :/ I just want a full rainbow

I still have a possessed mailbox in game that has a login sticker pack and original potato pod to claim every single time I open the mail page. Doesn't matter how many times I collect them, they just reappear. It's been months and months now.
