Most people restart because they want to relearn tutorials/the story. If you play on PC, you can have multiple alt accounts in case you just wanted to try out a new character. To me, restarting isn't really worth it because you'll lose out on all your progress/etc you've made.

it should look like this anytime you click on the "use star quality ingredients" box, most likely you dont actually have any star quality ingredients, you can cook using star quality ingredients only and sub them out for standand quality ones, but the same cannot be applies if you only want to use standard quality ones only, all ingredients must be standard quality in that instance

Make sure you're not just looking at the base, but also up at where theyre floating because you're less likely to hover something else on the ground.

What I did with my last plot set up and what I'll do again ... Have your house(s) placed. Add all hallway nook w/baywindow or fireplaces. Then start adding trees near windows and work out from there. You'll need less. I think it's a 500 tree limit. That goes fast :P

You can get that still when you link a switch profile, but that's it. The other rewards aren't available anymore for switch linking

I hope that one day they’ll let you get multiples of limited or exclusive items if you obtained them previously. I really love all the gifts you get from the villagers but sad I can’t put them on all my plots

Because the UI is strangerly interconnected. The in-game camera does the same thing

First, make sure you are not in a party. If you are in a party, you can't accept new invites.

Another step you can take is to close palia, and resync your PC's date and time.

Friend requests not appearing usually has to do with the server needing to be refreshed, not connected to chat as that's a third party app
