Took me about 80 hours to complete the story and then put another 1700 hours into the game besides that. I never get tired of the ability to run around and do what I want. Obviously it’s RNG but I recommend fishing in the UG for the hook time boost you get by fishing with others and then you can go in and out of Zeki’s office to make more nodes pop up without changing servers

If you’re only fishing in starred spots, not really imo since there’s normally just 2 nodes maybe 3 if you’re lucky. I usually do fishing there for weekly challenges and you’d have to wait a few minutes for them to pop up again in my experience

Cooking parties can be super profitable, particularly cake parties and epic/legendary fish parties.
I'd also always recommend gardening as it can be as low effort as you want, or as complex as you want. It's a lot more passive, but can amount to a huge amount of money over time

Yup seeders, i forget the name but i call them jammers and then take the stuff like apple jam for example and put it in the glow worm box for extra money.. I know it may not seem like alot but it does start to add up when done correctly

As well, I've heard fishing in Elderwoods can be nice too. Bonus if you can use glow worms, or just worms. Hunting too, but it will largely depend on how accurate your aim is and fire speed for some of them. That one might be best handled in a party depending on what you hunt.
People have reported mining to be profitable as well once you include gems in the sales too

For gardening, this chart exists on what things are best suited for what. It's older, though, so pumpkins and beans aren't included.
If a plant isn't included here besides those, it's probably because it can't be made into jam, and thus there's only one answer on what's the most profitable processing

hmmmm iirc you need scout with smoke candle(to not spook bug) to look out for naturally spawned bug/milkshake (in this case, duskwing) and once spotted you leave this duskwing alone.. place a lure nearby from safe distance... tons of duskwings should keep spawning as long you keep the milkshake duskwing alive

Understandable. There's definitely some that while I love them in-game (such as the sylphid), I would not want to wear them irl. elderwoods? you can access it in bahari bay in this location, you can explore around elderwoods freely though you will need fine tools or better to harvest most of the items there and even then, you will need to progress through your questlines to eventually do elderwoods quests and be able to harvest all items in elderwoods

I've run into this nearly everyday with hosting cooking parties on my home server (Asia Pacific) It's mainly happening with North American region servers.
Only work around I've found is to keep server region hopping until you or the other person is able to join the plot.
Placed a ticket over 2months ago on this, but guess this connecting to friends plot error isn't that high on the list right now.

just to add, restarting your game or leaving your plot to come back in doesn't fix it. You have to connect to a different server region before connecting to the one your needing, bit of a run around but it works

Id assume it has something to do with server resources and causing lag. Ormuus can’t be follow pets at all I think, and I’d assume it’s a size issue there as well. If there were 30 goobis as follow pets per server, at regular size, that’s a massive drain vs the mini form, which is a smaller drain

anybody else having issues with the flowering bushes (they called them juniper bushes in the patch notes). they had finally fixed the yellows to say yellow. But now they wont water correctly. They had reverted back to seeds after the fix and so I started watering them (I have a lot of them) Only after 3 watering's they go back to seeds again
