I also despise cooking. I use this layout (image attached) for "move as little as possible cooking". It gives a bit of snap-to-grid action too for each station. I usually do Soon Tofu for the weekly. Making fisherman brew counts toward the weekly too. I used to do Chili Oil Dumplings before some of the newer recipes were added - not too much movement with that layout and gives decent exp. Break it up over several days to decrease brain bleed - cook 5, get on with the game, cook another 5, etc.
