Yes and no maybe when it reaches a more "finished and released" state... As things stand I think it's OK that there isn't much to do, gives time to repeat a action over and over and check for any and all hiccups. Which funny enough the npcs vanishing is a great example happening in chat rn.
While it doesn't need to be a battle pass per say within the games universe there are things that could be switched to a more daily option to try encourage people to log on... But that's the issue for me I don't enjoy games personally that have that daily login drive. Been there done that with wow... Over it...

Warframe has a system called nightwave that's keeping players semi-interested in playing it, it's just a completely play to gain battlepass with tasks for progression for cosmetic rewards and in game boosts, could be similar to what you were wanting earlier.

You can go to the underground and offer them to people. If you have a plush they already have you can trade them the plush they want plus the one they already have for the plush they have so you just trade them the new plush and they don't lose any plushies in the trade
so like A and B for B duplicate

or you can do two trades.
One trade where you give A and B for C
and then a 2nd where you give C for B
then they also don't lose out

people often will accidentally unequip their glider without noticing, it goes into inventory, then they dump their inventory into storage and lose track of their glider. They think it disappears, they go to the wardrobe to check but the wardrobe is for skins for the glider not the actual glider so the wardrobe just sees you don't have a glider equipped and it tells you to finish the glider quest but they already did that so they submit a bug report or at least question about it on the server

even though the patch notes for EW said the ray would appear more often, you are still bound to the RNG factory, so prepare yourself to sit there staring for a while lol..

to save yourself worms though, if you struggle to get them, is to cast your rod > see which fish bites (the ray is VERY noticeable) > if it's not the ray, let the fish swim away > then reel your rod in and recast - all you lose is some rod health and keep your worms

Do you mean when harvesting stuff? If so, I've seen people mention the chance increases after certain levels of farming and I think after lv20 you no longer get non-starred from starred seeds.

I've seen other games do that, but usually it's mobile games. Like there's a bundle that costs a total of X and, let's say, there 4 slots of items and for each slots there r some items you can pick from and make your own bundle that way.

if you are worried you cant cook because you have a mix of standard and starred ingredients, dont worry as you can mix standard and star quality ingredients if you click on "use star quality ingredients" box

After a certain level in gardening it's actually HARDER to get non-starred crops or seeds than starred ones. Makes it impossible to fulfill requests because they never fixed the star trading thing.

Yes, even when using unstarred seeds. As Uzr said, if you're worried about cooking -- don't be concerned. You can mix unstarred and starred cooking ingredients.

I honestly can't recall if it's explicitly written, I have been so far away from Level 25 for so long. But yeah, after Level 25 you're basically guaranteed starred crops. Quality Up becomes useless after a certain point.
