Lunar fairy is in Bahari, usually they spawn pretty commonly at night around the mines iirc, not sure for Gossamer but I know they're in Kilima (I've only ever seen one of them..)

Although LFM is common in most areas in Bahari

they spawn by themselves almost always around kilima. if you have a bug jar, you'll most likely see one marked in the map but if you really need to, you can use lure in the areas with the red circles between 6pm to 3am.

Yeah its a bit of a mid/late game thing. Dont feel pressured to speed through it. If you wanna, pick who you want and look up their weekly "ideal" gifts. It'll help you building relationship faster and talk to them often.

There are a lot of quests you can get early that are more mid/late game. Not to spoil but the quest line after shepp isnt much so dont rush it expecting a lot more after.
