The cornpocalypse is just something every player must go through at least once in their palian life. If you're at your limit though you can look into the inventory full trick for getting recipes- I just woke up so I don't have the explanation handy but searching the discord should likely bring up how to do it

I found a trick that worked for me: I asked a friend to party up with me to collect the loot pile in Bahari and it worked! I got a recipe after 3 weeks of corn for both Kilima and Bahari.
We didn't try for Kilima, but I will see today if it works there too. If that's the only salvation for the "punished" ones of us that get simple corn every day, well...better like this.

You can romance any you like or all as Maris mentioned, you do not have to wear any of their pins, or you can choose 2 of your favs to wear. Most of us romance them for their pictures and rewards

yea, theyre looking into why the crashing has gotten worse since the patch, but haven't found anything for switch yet. Crashes mostly happen in kilima, I find its much less in bahari bay and my plot

Typically most of the crashes ( ) seem to be at the point of entry from plot along the cliff that people glide down to to skip the path, and about 1/3rd of the way down the path.
• if you go left instead of right when exiting the plot, you could potentially avoid the initial crash into Kilima ( this is not foolproof, you will crash eventually)
• another way is to enter Kilima from the stables instead of front gate, go to Bahari and then use the fast travel sign to enter Kilima ( again, not fool-proof but will aid)

Basically where possible, try and give the game a minute to load as much as the background graphics as possible so your frame rate doesn’t lag and your core processor doesn’t overload all at once.

Yeah this is what my friend has to do as well. He glides off the cliff there to the left and heads through the town the other way and walks, not runs, and it works well for him to avoid the crashing. If he goes right to head into town, something about that hill on that pathway crashes him every time, even before the patch.

It’s one particular area too. If you go to the end of the archway area and look down the path on a busy server, you’ll see a bunch of people just standing there or floating off the side of the cliff. Perhaps I should take a picture next time and submit alongside a ticket so they have a visual cue.

I spent a good portion of my week flipping between all my plots as I decided to downsize and combine all the favourite areas of my plots into a single functional plot for now. The crashing might also be within the actual gate hopping code as I crashed a bunch of times just loading from one plot to another. Kilima could be unstable at point of entry, and that could just throw your train off the tracks that it wasn’t going to stay on in the first place

All these patches leading up were supposed to resolve a lot of the technical issues were experiencing and to set the framework for the next update. Ooooo, I never knew your tree usage is allocated to every new plot you make. I was wondering why my new plot was 300/3000 when I hadn't built anything yet. Also, once any plot reaches 3,000 I don't think you'll be able to plant more trees.

I stole this tip from someone on reddit: instead of walking down the hill to the village, or gliding down, run at the top of the hill towards maji's hollow, or at least to sifuu's house (about halfway to maji's hollow) then go down the mountain toward the village. I started doing this, and i haven't been crashing any more going to kilima
