Yes it's a new-old bug, listed as a known issue in the patch notes. Last time this happened, pavers were borked for like, two updates let's hope they can iron that one out faster this time, it actually was hard to look at a video of all the pavers glitching and phasing into each other

The Brighteye Butterfly spawns in north Bahari Bay, and can be found throughout the Flooded Steps, The Outskirts, Proudhorn Pass and Thorny Thicket from 3:00 AM - 6:00 PM - many fluttering abouts

Spitfire Cicadas can be found attached to medium and large Sapwood trees anywhere in Bahari Bay between the hours of 3:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sticker pack! You can get them all sorts of ways, they are new. Random drops, collectibles,some tradeable, some premium, and once you open the pack the sticker goes to your collections tab and can be used on your emote wheel in a nearby chat vicinity way
