Everything else, hunting, fishing, foraging and mining, you can just grab when you happen to come across it

Here's the trick I found when fish for specific fish don't know if it still works ||only work when you solo, at the river for flametongue if you get to a spot with multiple hotspots looking for an area around with a loading screen needed like Einar's cave or Reth's storage, go in and out the hotspots will respawn||
