You can use your 4 requests on palium. But palium can only be requested in 1s. So thats 4 bars total over 4 requests. Then you have to wait for your requests to reset

It's a current bug where your stations get yeeted somewhere else on your plot if they were on a building block, its theorized that due to the recent patch to stop this happening that they yeeted one last time and shouldn't do it again once you find them.
