Steam achievements don't always match in-game stuff. It might trigger when you finish something in the actual temple, while the in-game quest finishes after doing something else. I don't know Spanish so I can't help with the translation and all for it, but it should show up somewhere in your quest log; Either under the "Main" section (marked in red) or the "Completed" section (marked in green). Should have a picture of Einar next to it. If the "Completed" section is empty, click the arrow on the left of the title to open it up and show completed quests.

Item count doesn't seem to affect me as much as HOW someone uses those items and where they've placed them. If someone has a maxed out plot and made some elaborate out of bounds entrance.... sometimes the loading of that messes up and their pretty entrance just shoves me under the map.

If you don't harvest those potatoes and just leave them be you don't ever have to water the rest. They keep the field watered regardless.

I pickle some, sell the rest when it fills too much inventory as I can't process it fast enough. Also sell some seeds after being away from game for a while.

Got a gardening setup that nets me iirc 187 bok choy per harvest (without using fertilizer), 6 seed makers produce enough seeds to keep the production constant, and 12 preserve jars that pickle. 12 isn't enough to process everything though, not enough crafting licenses so I sell some raw.

To add to what I said, this is the setup. The "ungrown" ones are bok choy. I never harvest the wheat/rice (unless by accident), as the wheat/rice gives harvest boost to all but 4 of the bok choy tiles.
