you make your own! as you level up in fishing, you get access to more recipes (like the smelter from Hodari and the torture device looking things from Ashura). Einar sells recipes that let you make worm farms and eventually you get one to produce glow worm farms. but zeki does sell regular worms. you can also try requesting! and you don’t have to reel in every fish you hook, you keep your bait if you don’t reel the thing in (this is really only advisable once you’ve reached level 10 fishing tho.)

I put my plot up, but I'm not hunting for votes. I also only use the random tab to visit houses. You find some gems and especially the people with a few votes might appreciate it.

I finished with 9/10 of the needed votes and a couple extra.

It will most likely be a mixture of both. The first market items required more gold than event currency. The luna new year market items more often required event currency rather than gold. So we'll have to see what they do this time

Not many built in perks currently, it basically boils down to the group itself (are they active, do they schedule group activities, is the community leader going to engage the group often) and the fact that communities have a dedicated group chat in your game up to 25 people. That's about it so far, we hope they add more community features because there's lots of potential there!
