Well pixle art is easier, if you want to do something like that grab you excel for exemple. Switch langth and high and then just use the paint function till you are satisfied, or a checkered block where you can do the same and then build it based on that.

Hi, I'm a new player of palia. I see the game is in beta. But I see also lot of cosmetics sold at high price. Nothing wrong for a company to make money but I'm worried of the motivation. What are the pace of the update ?
I'm just worried that they can be satisfied of what they won with marketplace that don't push enough to make game content. Ive already read about the new zone. But i see all the activity really unbalance. Many limitation on many things and feel like that it lacks of content compared to other game ( is there any season?).

I’ve had so many problems falling through the map. Like, it looks I can climb on stuff but it disappears completely. Same when I went into the mines; floor disappeared and I had to reload each time. lol

Its basicly more like a Early Access would be at Steam, but they first expend to Switch, their is nothing like early access so it was labeled as Beta.
Patch are at the end of every month.
About the limitations, they try to work on that, but switch is a bottle nack their, i mean the hardware is as good as a Playstation 3, a 18 year old console...

Yeah... try to explain the switch players which play around 6 month longer then Steam players that their in game buys are now useless and lose a high amount of players couse they only play on switch, sounds like a good plan for a developer.
It's a normal process for every game in Beta, Alpha and so on. First of all implement the new things, then optimize performance

I only flare medium and larges and only call out large pals if I'm using a compass or if someone else is obvs using my call outs. Otherwise flaring and calling out is deffo easier as a pair, especially since flares expire after you shoot the next one, so you can alternate flares

It’s also hard to tell. I (mayhaps naively) assume at least almost everyone is operating on not ill intent; I get irked if someone runs through the bunch of chaapas right in front of the Bahari gate, but then they start throwing bombs at azure grasshoppers? It’s fine. I do get kinda miffed in servers with ||plush hunters|| bc they’d rather take down a Proudhorn all by themselves when the loot compass now exists. But I’ve also been in a position where I could’ve taken down an azure chaapa and intentionally just stunned it so, ||plush hunter or not||, people could get a chance at it.

I think the only time I wasn’t a fan of someone was when they just posted up in front of the lighthouse post-chaapa plush update and that was that for that area.

Totally, I very much understand this. It's true, so many variables to consider and hard to tell on intent when out and about. I felt that part about the lone Proudhorn hunters because I've experienced that too where a player will not allow you to land a single shot even though they know you are following the same Proudhorn because you've both got horns. Feels unnecessary when you can both help each other.

There are a few different buffs that help, but yes, sashimi is great for rod health I believe. For me, I always have Fish Stew (Reticle Speed) + Fisherman's Brew (Increased Retical Size) + Minor Health Rod Booster (Extra Fishing Line Health) activated all at the same time when I am fishing. Generally gives me really great results and helpful with the Ancient Fish and Unicorn Fish!

Yes--though it still requires good coordination and timing (and extra line health) especially when they are fighting for their lives. :')

You have to upgrade with Tish at the cash register as Amaris said, you can keep the storage chests on any plot and the storage will apply across all of them (I have a plot with all my storage chests and funny machines what makes me things like planks and iron bars but then a separate plot I don’t feel embarrassed to show other people), and the lockbox can be upgraded to 300 storage.

Tl;dr listen to Amaris bc I’m nonsense but 10K is ultimate storage!

Also FURNITURE TAKES UP NONE STORAGE which I’m sure you know but I sure as heck wish I’d realized that in the beginning, otherwise I’d have kept all that log cabin fencing…

I think it's just especially disheartening with the ladybugs because getting the ladybug to spawn is an extra hoop to jump through, and there's nothing you can do to really speed that part up 😂

When you use H to look at the plot/housing menu, you'll see that you can pull down the 'default slot' thing at the top, and boom, other slots available. That's how you switch between them.

But this is how players put their plots up for looking at without having the soil be visible, they just place it on another plot and work it there.
