Generally you're gonna want to flare them, out coordinates in the chat, and wait 2-3 game hours before chopping so everyone gets a chance at them since they are gone once chopped.

There's no player-to-player trading like most MMOs, however, there's a request system. It's on a limit, though. (5 daily, i believe?) And you can't trade furniture with eachother.

And to request something, you must of owned said item previously before requesting some thru that system.
