I mean, I know some of the things you need are challenging to get, but that's the point. Also, completing each bundle leads to unlocking the vault rewards.

I would also imagine it will play into progressing through future storylines/quests.

If you care about achievements at all, for instance, you have to complete vault of waves in order to have all fish accessible. The other three have rewards that give you daily gifts.
