Server hop helps too, if you travel home then back in to a new server while your buzzy jar is still active you might find one right away in that new server (this is how I got my first star quality one)

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but I wish to know if anyone else has had problem catching both the ancient fish and the Giant Kilima sting ray. I’ve lost each more than 5 times trying to fish them. I’ve taken months! And every time I try to rail them in it starts dropping the fishing “health bar” without even railing it in, not to mention when I do rail it in! It drops more than half and they escape afterwards 😅

It’s probably something I’m doing wrong and not a glitch of the game… or maybe it is? But if it’s not any tips or tricks? I’m honestly considering giving up but I can’t get the achievements nor finish the temple offerings 😦

I think the bug has something to do with a trigger that is supposed to be around halfway into the quest, where Einar is supposed to give you a decorative pebble that you can't gift back, cuz that friend of mine doesn't have that decoration still

Personally I also had the idea of them making HotPot a smartphone app that you can play whenever you want, and is connected to your Palia account. So any coins you win transfer over via mail once per real life 24 hours. Also probably needs to have a limit to the amount of coins of course.
