They're rare, they also only spawn at night, and they're very easily scared off by players in their vicinity. I got mine at first by using a buzzy jar, a smoke candle, and server hopping to a few servers at night. They spawn in fields, so open grassy areas.

Try server hopping by going home and then back out into the world a couple times to get put into a new server. That's how I found mine at first, up above the family farm on the grassy hills. Good luck!

while the party buff is active and any skill exp is gained it will count towards the achievement, only important part is to be close to eachother so basically be in a party and play together, thats how it works, thats how it is intended
