I FINALLY did it earlier today, the accomplishment is in my logs, but when I go to buy it in the store in the town hall it still says requirements not met.

I'm going to legit cry.

No you have to unlock the achievement Housing Slots 2, which even shows the gazebo as the unlockable next to it in your achievements tab.

it's in beta, glitches are meant to occure :p
But ! visual errors could at occasions happen due to hardware , right? an old HDD or 4GB Ram would not be fast enough to load all assets. (that for the sky/earth visual glitches)

This could also be the reason for the tail Glitching Igloo mentioned, but we also gotta take into account that the server's can overload, which can disconect players, be slower , have more glithces or rollbacks (Sequoia's images) etc
