Okay I'm in lol. Found the culprit. For steam, once you see "Allow to make changes" you need to allow and select yes. If not, it will give you the C++ error. Let me know if that works!

So you have to manually do an update click the + button for options and check for a software update for those on the switch just had to do that. This update isn't doing it automatically apparently like others. Hope that helps y'all

I uploaded my game through steam just now and its working fine. Before I was going through my original launcher which was downloaded through Palia website. I guess if your on a PC I would go through Steam and download their version..You won't see the Microsoft Visual C++ through the steam launcher, at least I didnt see it. as far as I've come to understand, the plot itself, with all the original trees, bushes and rocks, is the exact same one on all our plots. whatever we place down, be it flowers, houses or decorations of any kind, is only on the specific plot. so take care of what you remove of the original nature, cause it disappears on all plots, and it ain't coming back.

So the face masks in the new Shadowstalker outfits are labeled wrong in the wardrobe. The firewalker mask is labeled as nightrunner, the stormrider is labeled as firewalker, and the nightrunner is labeled as stormrider.

I don't have a Switch, so I don't know their limits personally, but I would suggest making a "Switch friendly" home plot and switching over to that one when you know you want to play on that instead of a PC? Might be the best way around it I would think, at least for now.
