Then I sent them another follow-up reply a few days ago and they finally gifted me Einar's Adornment. Support was able to help me with this one, but they were unable to make it so the in-game achievement is flagged as done so it still looks incomplete for me.
They also gave me the wrong version of the reward (it was unable to be placed as decor) but quickly sent me the correct one when I reopened the ticket and mentioned the error to them.

I can't see that working in an MMO when the person you are dating is also dating hundreds of other people? It would work in a single player game but in an MMO, you'd have to make multiple copies of the NPC unless you just make it a cut away for the marriage ceremony but you never interact with them on your housing plot only in public like now and maybe the chat options change. Players marrying each other I could see them doing.

The game already treats you as if you're the only human, and we already have events with npcs that are separated from the world in instances. All it would take is an instanced event and an instanced version of the npc on your plot.

It would literally use the same or at least similar programming they already use to have villager visit your home. It doesn’t make the npc disappear it just allows you to have more dialogue with them in a different area. Same way events work or how the npcs show up on quests in different areas

Oh! I had trouble too. You have to give them like a gift. So on the Switch you have your inventory when you got to give a gift, then you press R to access the quest inventory to give as a "gift".

But at any time you can just go deforest an area and spawn flow

best way is to get a "flow party" going, where you get a bunch of people to chop trees around Bahari. Cutting lots of trees in a short time can force flow spawns

Its just luck my friend but after you get one you get a seed drop after growing it so that helps

You get one random seed per real life day. I've only gotten 3 of the 4 flow type seeds so far, but once you plant and water them to max size they'll drop another seed, so I've got my own personal flow forest now. I'ts very noisy

||If you're having issues getting the quest in the first place, the diamond should have a random chance to spawn from the Bahari Bay Rummage Pile once an IRL day. It spawning on the beach was a bug that I think they fixed in 0.178||

housing is kind of the "end game" for Palia, so it's veryyy grindy. I'm in a simliar boat, I love the emberborn pieces and they can cost up to 40 flow planks per piece. Getting flow parties going helps, but otherwise I make a point of hitting groves every hour I'm online, and before long I've got another 100 flow logs to convert into planks.

This is why I tend to mine and forage everything, as I pass it. "Oh, noes! I need 200 of [thing]!" is so much worse than "Oh, look! I have 250 [thing]"

since we can have multiple ranch houses now, it's possible with veryyyy creative placing to make a seamless-looking courtyard (not that I'm good at it, but Housing/decor channel will give you lots of examples). I love the look of the courtyard add on from the preview trailer for the update, though!

I spend a lot of time in Bahari mining trying to get that elusive Star Ruby, and sometimes people call out flow and I can get a bit extra that way between groves. 🙂 I also like working on my house sometimes, room by room, and that gives me an idea of which pieces to focus on crafting

You can buy the dragontide and bellflower pieces, at least, from Tish. Refresh the server to get more pieces. I don't bother crafting those, to be honest, because it's cheaper to buy them with gold than to waste my precious flow on them

The achievements for those sets also counts "purchased" pieces too, last I checked

very much depends on if you want the more expensive items. I really want the pond you can buy from ashura, so I am saving my foraging medals until i have that. until time i really use any medals, is if i am in need of something quickly 🙂

Most of my money is from my gold worm farms, I have... a lot, and I just stuff them full of morel mushrooms that I buy from Zeki. You still profit even if you're buying the mushrooms instead of harvesting them (I go through 100s a day, so I can't harvest all that)

I do a taters n' maters checkerboard. I can the maters and seed the taters. Between those, my worm farms, and mining and foraging as sort of a side hustle, I clear ~55K a day
