JMO, don't give up ... the reward will be that much more valuable to you. I spent weeks looking for certain mounts in WOW ... and what a feeling when you finally find/get them. The payoff is worth it.

Yeah. I played ESO alot. Sometimes things like that are worthwhile and do feel rewarding. Once I start to feel like I am being manipulated with a dangle reward just out of reach, I become resentful about it if I get it.

You sign up for a role, then you go to their plot and stand at the woke bench associated with your role. One person will start the recipe and then you click to make the ingredient step that you signed for. Then you just stand and wait. It will be picked up automatically by the person who starts the recipe and will be put into everyone's inventory. Then they start it again and repeat

Ingredients can be in your storage. Make sure to have the amount that it says in the cake party (so like 50×cakes requires 50 ingredients of that kind) and a few extra in case u or someone else accidentally mess up

So it’s currently bugged, it usually helps me to log out of the game and back in and then if I go directly to the bundles instead of waiting around it works fine. But sometimes it’ll only let me contribute like 3 items and then it will just stop, so again I log out and back in and it works again

Someone whispered me this morning, a friend. And I was responding to them but they were whispering back oddly, like they weren't seeing my messages. Finally after a few they got upset at me and inferred that I was ignoring them. Which I was not -- it was like the whispers were not being seen on their end.

There's no other way to interact with players, so like sending a mail or something, so I don't know how to clear this up - I don't know them on other platforms.

🤣 It's not too interesting. I went to Cancun all on my own, and was pretty stubborn about it too. I didn't have time to plan much beforehand, and only had a carryon. I didn't have Internet and I don't speak Spanish. Despite being there for personal stuff, I wanted to have fun while at it, so I went took a boat trip to Isla Mujeres on a whim because people said the beach there was suuuuuper clear and pretty. Got there, went the, uh, totally opposite direction for an hour following the flow of traffic. I started getting a migraine, and realized by the time I would make it to the beach I'd have to go to an appointment I had, and finally caved and called a taxi. (Never call a taxi in Cancun if you can help it, I got very lucky my driver was lovely). Anyway, by the time I had gotten back I was overheating and dizzy, getting a migraine. And then I saw a coconut stand, and that coconut saved my life. It cured migraine aura. I also got the most divine cuban sandwich at the boat station as well. Delicious. Wonderful. ||I, uh, may have thrown up during my first day in Cancun due to a different migraine. I get them chronically.|| On another note, I wish I could get more of the sunscreen I bought while I was over there. Absolute best sunscreen in the world. Maya Solar.

Nah, any cheese to your taste. I use everything from feta to fresh mozzarella. Whatever I have on hand. Just adjust your heat to the meltiness of the cheese. Lower temp for harder to melt cheeses, smoking hot for melty ones

Clothing in Palia does not need to be mended. Only tools. And you either use the forge in Kilima with coin or your own anvil on your plot with crafted repair kits

This is a weird bug; I’m not sure what could be triggering it (it’s been a long time since I’ve seen it) but if for some reason you notice an item was unequipped you’ll want to go into a wardrobe and reequip it.

i mean, hunting in a group makes killing stuff faster, cooking with others helps make it faster which increases chance for starred food and also you split ingredients so it's cheaper to make, ores now can be broken but stick around for 3 minutes for everyone else so no one's yoinking spawns from each other
i think our current main issue is

• palium spawns too little
• flow trees cause tension

There is still shared loot. If more than one player mines a node, it's available for a time then de-spawns. Not like it used to be where one player would mine it and it's gone. Same with hunting. If more than one player zings the creature, they all get the drop. If you cook with others you all get the resulting dish. I don't ever remember actual rewards like for quests being shared.

Yeah that seems like a high number to me to be honest. Once the steam release rolled out and the first huge wave of new players started gaining some levels and experience, the servers have all quited down again. Sure there might be people all trying to get the same sernuk, but that's not the players fault. There's only so many to go around right now.

I do recall the quest being a bit confusing with the progression of the steps, if I recall the "give the pin to tish" was there before I had given the required materials to Sifu, and it confused me too, until I figured out I still had to get it made. Try opening the quest menu and finding the quests, there might be relevant steps in there that you thought you did but didn't? Otherwise, submit a bug/ support request I guess!

You can't really steal palium. Flow trees are chopped, and only those who hit before chopping gets the loot. But palium works different. If you detroy the palium, even those after you can destroy the palium on their end.

A lot of people assume now that it's fine to smash ore and leave due to the new mechanic, so if you're waiting you might want to say you are since the expectations have shifted
then if they ignore you that's unfortunate

The way mining nodes work now is ... everyone gets the node while that node is still there. They pulse now with a ghost image when it's about to de-spawn. So 1 or 20 players can get that node for as long as it's there. There is no 'poaching'. It's just players mining. They last around 3 minutes after the 1st player mines it

It despawns 3 mins after it was first hit so however many people can hit it in that time

I think technically the entire server can get one palium node if everyone comes before the final despawn - once the ore breaks there’s now a despawn timer, in that timeframe other people can break the same ore.

So if there is palium, and I destroy the node, anyone who destroys the node on their end after that gets it. It has about a 3-5 minutes timer or something before it disappears.

This game is an online game, there's ways to play that suits everyone and that in and of itself will create tension since some players prefer some styles and vice versa. They should have kept palium in the same ten spots . Made it easier to mine and easier to call out. Even had a name that mentioned you don't have to call out palium, just run around in a loop in all ten spots, you'll be rich in palium after an hour. New players were cheated from all the palium they could get.

I never had to ask much, even as a new player. By the time I reached the ability to even participate in the groves I already figured them out without needing to ask or look up information. Now, I didn't know palium didn't work like flow trees, but I caught on eventually. 😅 I recognize that I am older than some players, though. Still, people should be able to understand based on observation.

They WERE. Everyone had flip phones, the first few iterations of iPhones sucked (autocorrect was traumatic), and we were limited on data/texts sent. So having a not-cell iPhone was IT. Until they could be modernized to do both things well, which they did, but it was not that way for some years.

Got a response that said that the rainbow butterfly was an epic bug and therefore hard to catch on purpose. Maybe, just maybe, you could NOT make it a requirement for a temple bundle then devs? It's so frustrating - "hey do these fun temples that are sometimes reallllly hard with lag and then hey, get these cool rewards by completing these bundles but hey... let's make sure you feel super demoralized cause you can't catch the bug needed to complete the bundles even after months of trying".
