so your main issue is sensitivity of the steam controller I'm guessing. I don't understand what you're saying that well, but what I've interpreted is when placing objects on your lot like furniture or planting seeds it doesn't sit still?

My suggestion would be to mess with controller deadzones through the steamdeck controller settings or change controller sensitivity in palia

changing the deadzone on your controller will make it so you have to push it further for the stick to register an input

either that or changing controller sensitivity in palia will hopefully result in more accurate placement while on your lot

if you change the deadzone be sure to save it as a profile for the game if that's possible

If you're playing on a switch you can change controller sensitivity in palia and calibrate your controls through the switch main menu. If you're on steam deck you can go to your controller settings and create a profile for the game with mapped deadzones to make it easier as well as change in game sensitivity settings.

potatoes and bok choy are the most profitable produce per square of farming

i believe HQ seeds for both sell really well compared to all other options as well as pickled potatoes

Plot expansions allow you to build on more of a Plot. You buy Writs, but I honestly don't remember what we buy those with, as mine have been maxed for quite some time

As for meat, it's not a bad idea to keep a good handful in storage for cooking. I can't remember now if basic fur is used in any crafting, but sometimes it's a weekly request from a villager. If you don't have the storage for it though, it's easy enough to hunt for it when needed. Some people also throw their excess meats in the worm bins (if you have those unlocked yet) to produce worms and fertilizers.

A good rule of thumb is to just keep a bit of everything, like maybe 50x of each resource (assuming your home storage allows). Some of the more easily obtainable stuff like flint, stone, fur, meat, the different wood types can probably be less. :O

Question for the group! I started playing Palia about two weeks before the Maji Market ended, therefore knowing the importance of nothing at the market! Ah! Perhaps it depends on the type of arrow. I believe fine + dispel arrow deal the highest damage, so if perhaps either of you were using slow down or copper arrows, it might make sense for additional hits to take it down.
