The white chappa are super easy if you do one simple trick. Let them multiply and run, then using the dispel arrow shoot one, then the fakes will disappear and the real one will be dazed, and just keep shooting the dazed one until it dies.

My assumption is that the fact that we can't fill them is a bug, but I'm not sure. At the very least I doubt they would let us give star quality stuff to people if they have never had them, so I guess the downgrade seems like the most likely possibility. I think they should add the option to specifically request star quality, but for whatever reason I doubt that will happen.

I think that may create a reverse problem though. You would have people requesting star quality all the time.

The item quality system needs adjusted though. It makes sense to not allow a regular quality ingredient on a starred recipe, but the fact that a starred ingredient won't work in a regular quality recipe is weird.
