Has anyone had a item simply disappear? After finishing the Wind Temple quest that gave me the starred ancient cloud minnow, the next day I looked in my inventory and it was gone.

That would require so much added lore. We have, basically, a new quest at each new level, with each NPC. There are, so far, 25 characters. If they each were given, say, 10 levels of Friendship, that would mean adding ~150 quests, without adding any new NPCs
