Last night I was playing with a group, and we found a grove. 2 other people showed up and tried chopping down the trees. They were told multiple times not to chop, and each time they'd pause, and then start trying to chop again.

So glad they made Vampire Crabs so much easier. When they used to appear for a shorter time, and in the smaller area, they were almost impossible to get. I'm pretty sure they also slowed them down, but that may just be me getting better at catching buggoes

you have to break the stone to get the iron to spawn though, some people like to go through and only break the iron and pal meaning there's less places for those to respawn

Yeah, there's a lot of running with the sernuk. Especially if someone else spooks it before you find it again, it can be lost. But i lose the sernuk least of the three. Chopping trees is annoying, but if you can get the muujin to spawn on thorny thicket plateau, where there is no escape, it's just target practice at that point

no, when I do the gym i typically do the rowing machine and otherwise try to do whole body stuff. I slipped a disc in my 20s because some muscles were neglected and now have permanent pain and bouts of temporary physical disability

You should be able to increase the resistance on the rowing machine, and definitely look up the science on the random exercises. Especially squats! you can seriously mess your knees up if you do those wrong
