The Achievement bug is purely visual, although a pain there is no data actually wiped. Some people keep a log of all star quality and normal items so they know what they're missing. If you manage to get it all, you still get achievement

It is visual, the data still exists, it just doesn't show you. You can bypass the request one by holding something in your inventory
I don't blame you on being done, I thankfully don't have this bug (yet?) but I can imagine how annoying it is.
Some people had the request bug and not the achievement one, but iirc if you have achievement then the requests issue comes with it.

They issued some kind of fix for this not long ago, you can try submitting a ticket to support to see if they can help

I submited ticket. My friend on Switch submitted his weeks ago. I thought it was just a Switch issue. This started for me yesterday. I am level 350 ish now. As for holding item in hand. Ya, thats great if I know what every person on the server is requesting. lol. I can then do so. Not going to spam through hundreds of items each time I log into the game. No not happening.
