Pricing products/services is tricky in any business model, but particularly tricky with this kind. Only non Palia games I play are some shooters, to get my aggressiosn out. I play all forms of UT and Borderlands. In borderlands, I always play the sniper or pistolier characters. "Headshot!" Bonus, Borderlands even gives you Headshot bonuses, in the lower area... even on the ladies, which is a bit odd, but whatever

There are two major problems I have with the Palia cosmetics as they are now for a cash shop item, the first is I can't try them out in the wardrobe to see how they would look on my char with parts from other sets with different color choices for each. Knowing if it would look good before dropping potentially over $100 on different sets just to mix and match the parts is kinda critical, otherwise not worth wasting the money on a risk it might look bad enough to regret buying. The second biggest issue is lack of coklor options. Look at the default free clothing and how many color options it has for each piece compared to the paid only having three...

The trick for ESO seems to be you buy ESO+ for as high a duration as you can for the best deal, do not spend the premium currency you get with it on random store items, instead wait for the deals for each DLC content pack to go on sale and buy that. Once you have all of them you can cancel ESO+ or keep it going as you will and you will still have access to nearly all the content when you aren't using it. After that you can just pick up the subscription or drop it whenever.

That was the other part ESO did so well as an MMO, each class can fit every role if you need to. That combined with the level scaling for so much of the content means you never hit that must grind to end level first bit that others like WoW have that incentivised things like boosts or power leveling, it leaves you free to enjoy the game at your own pace and still participate in most of the content.

New system, all the way. Certain "normal" RPG things irritate me, from the ground up. The hard part, really, is twofold:

1. I've got to create the mechanics, and make sure they're scalable, if folks wanna homebrew
2. Do I make it as a whole thing, together, or do I make a "just the mechanics" part and then add system independent settings?

Don't feel any pressure, but are you comfortable talking about what general part of the world you're in? I know a lot of folks in the table top world around the Colorado area and some specifically who love developing that kind of stuff and are great people for bouncing feedback. tish says ||"Jel has always been weird about Reth" and while im not 100% sure that he got a crush on Reth, i do think he got a thing for him. and she also talk about how she thought jel was into her brother because of how weird he acted around him. Jel (in his dialogue if youre high in his friendship lvl) seems to have a positive opinion of Reth, but he refuses to speak to him think it might have something to do with what other people might think. ||
