Last night, there was a group of 6 of us chopping down flow trees. After we were done, someone said “I’ll chop, you shoot”. And they did just that. When they would chop down a tree, those black dog things came spawning out. Plz explain this to me. I’m assuming they may have flow in them as well?

The dogs hide by climbing trees. The other party is 100% a hunt party

They're just not built to attack you, just to give you a hard time in hunting them

The bright orange is a tier 2 deer, not a "magical" or tier 3 deer. The tier 3 deer can blink a short range and is gray colored

Dispel Arrow so it wouldn't teleport for a bit, but you gotta be real fast with the bow to take it down. Or use a hunter's horn and fine arrow. Let it teleport and just wear it down.

You have to have completed the 3 “Prove your…” quests to get the original mail though

as for Shepp role you just need to speedrun affection by gifting them weekly want items, and don't forget to ask for Bahari peoples to get your decors before getting back to your house since it will end the 'light up candle' quest and you'd be 2/3 decors short. You can craft the decors but it's cheaper to get them from the NPCs (and even if you got all the decors you'd still have empty slots in your tree)

Live service games have seperate teams that focus on bug fixes or content. It is possible to do both, and both need to occur simultaneously to retain and grow user base. You need new content to keep older players engaged and returning, while also fixing bugs to lessen frustrations

Now it realizes you're still holding the key, and just reopens the wheel immediately. Always have the bug that breaks your FoV if you hit the Esc button.
The bug where cooking you have to double tap H to continue.
A bug where what I cooked just vanished and didn't go to my inventory.
Not a bug but I accidently ate my food while navigating through the menus.
The bug where my preservers and seed makers need to have thier orders cancelled and restarted.
Funny bug where you can wave you glider as you use it, not bad.

There's a few other unpolished things and things not designed well.

One of these things alone isn't bad, but one after another, over and over, it's starting to get to me.

Yeah, its not one bug thats irritating, its the small bugs pilling on and on each time you play. Most of my friends have stopped playing because a particular combination of bugs irritated them to no end. One was because of the teleporting bug, another because of the janky climbing, another quit because of the invite ti party bugs (theyre disabled and need the party chat to work to communicate with us).

I love this game but it's definitely hard to stick with a game that's feeding you up on no fault of your own.

The switch chat is terrible sometimes. It had actually lagged me out when people were mass sending trying to help one another with a quest. But just found that playing solo and just doing my own thing seemed to be working out alright. I might try on PC if that’s any better.

Honestly the game is still pretty nice, it just gets a little frustrating.

You know where tamala stands in the day, just above flooded on the map? from there to proudhorn bridge, you can solo chop all medium/large there and have time to afk for like 1minute back at the start to see what spawns - lots of flow often until the grove spawns later

that's a bug as of the last update, if you leave the crafter and go back it should work, otherwise you need to leave the plot and go back in

The MAIN problem I see with integrating combat, though, is that we'd need to integrate an HP bar. And maybe add buffs to the food. And that's definitely something that wont work from the get go. Id prefer team puzzle solving which seems faster to coordinate and integrate.
