Do NOT waste your precious gardening medals on buying your first apple tree seed. You'll get one for free from Naio's level 3 friendship quest.
There's a couple other NPCs that I think also reward an apple seed for doing something, but I got mine from Naio.

You're missing the main point I made in my comment. However no matter the case, as long as you're helping people it shouldn't matter what it is. A simple Tomato Seed to a new player could mean the world to them, while having very little actual value to you, in-game wise. :)

Try to put some crafted items to your crafters (like x300 planks to your sawmill, x90 seeds to your seed collector, etc)

I would only keep the basic resources with copper, iron, palium, flow and crops/seed for farm and food for focus anything else I throw away and collectibles I put in the lock box

I make all the furniture so I’m always running out of silk, iron, clay. I have never run out of storage and I’ve got 8,000+ slots.

I am currently harvesting potatoes in bulk as they give the most profit after some playing around in ms excel. but to maximise the profit I wanted to load up all of my 81 planting spaces with 100 fertilizers. so thats 8,100 items. I ended up making just 50 for each plot (even after storing 80% of the fertilizers in the glow worm farm)

my farms profit is a setup that doesn't bore me when I operate it in the long run and is capable of running smoothly without fertiliser and too much handling and when I am away.

Depends how they will work in terms of a fixed location or random in bahari, i imagine some servers will wait for everyone to come and other servers will have a tiny group cut it all anyway

hmm. I just wanted to write the only time I would do this is when I am hardcore farming flowtrees with a group - there would be no time to wait for each single tree otherwise you'd miss them.

I tried to make a python script for finding the best afk crop orientation in terms of profit by looking at all the possible orientations and finding the best one. there were so many combinations my program crashed lmao. I'll have to beef up the algorithm to find it out. My current setup is not afkable but yeilds 20k plus each harvest

my point is most of us are farming in bahari, only there, once there are more zones people will be more spread out because of different progress in game
yes I know the map limit will remain the same, but having more to do in game will mean less constant farming in one single zone

noo, you don't! its just a joy to some people when they can number crunch - I like to watch this in action. it's just that this game isn't setup for max efficiency - that will only leave one maximum bored very fast - I just wanted to know why you are having storage problems, but it's no wonder given your experiment.
