One thing I learned was that if it asks you to stir or flip you don't have to have the ingredient added yet. I was trying to get the ingredient showing above before I stirred/flipped and you don't have to do that.

Oh for sure. Some quests are so vague I eventually give up and search the Wiki. Elouisa's quest does at least show the ⭐ icon for the fish needed, so that was a nice feature. Hopefully more quests will get better details soon

you should make a steak dinner at your house so you get practice and see how a dish is actually prepared. All the leafer has to do is crush 1 leaf for step one.

Everyone who participates and does a step gets the full result from cooking. So 1 leaf = 3 cakes

it probably means eu ppl will load into eu servers by default, hoping it helps with desyncs and stuff, but since everything is cross server and cross platform later i assume you can just server sync to your friends as normal

i could see them adding more plots because they are other things for gardening they can add as well. Like all we have for fruits are apples and blueberries. They could also add strawberries, raspberries, grapes and bananas to grow. Im sure they will extend the plots for sure. I couldnt imagine them not.

I have found a great gang of players who thrive daily in this game within the limitations we have. There are not new things to do, but what is there is repetitive and satisfying in an interesting way. We are always delighted to find new ways to decorate, and be in community together

Yeah, you actually do sound a bit "out-of-date" with your best friend due to not hanging out for so long. Life sucks in that way between work, family, and everything else that may be going on. I really wish I could see people in-person more often, but, I feel like there is always something going on too. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone in this feeling, and that I feel this way with a lot of my outer family I don't get to talk to as much. Finally going to be visiting my uncle this coming weekend. My parents have told me it gets harder to get together with friends as we age, I believe them. More adult stuff, less friends I guess!
