Apple seeds can be acquired from certain relationship quests, or from Badruu's store once gardening is level 10 or above. Then use seed makers to make more seeds from your apples.

I don't think just bc something is not the intended use that it should just be disregarded.

Looking at Warframe for example, the fluidity of movement was a mistake, but, the player based liked it and used the bug to their advantage and liked it, devs then worked on it further, everyone was happy.

The usage of firework in this case speaks to a need users have. Devs know this because they've spoken about how they're working on a way to facilitate navigation and localization sharing. Fireworks could be a way to remedy it while it's not a thing yet. Localization sharing as it is can be a bit confusing, I've shared multiple times locations where I had to team up because a player was unable to find me.

I personally don't use fireworks much, it's a vanity thing for me, but also disregarding a portion of the community's usage as "it's not it's intended use" seems a bit hmm don't know the word for it.

For me, devs should be happy and promote other gameplay styles that players create, it speaks to the community's creativity in using in game tools to play differently and it should be championed, not disregarded

In Animal Crossing New Horizons, fireworks come in stacks of 5 and cost 400-500 gold, which is just a couple of fish; there are clothing items that cost significantly more. They're only available during special events, however.

I could see the team making the Phoenix ones only available during Maji Market, but since there are fireworks available all the time in game, it makes sense to be able to make your own too. Then suddenly the Phoenix fireworks are special like the Dragon ones are special, and people will buy a few for a special thing rather than use them as flares -- we don't have to have fancy fireworks as flares, something simple's fine.

In one side u have limiting people, which is kinda lame, since it's the only activity for now that you have that holds a good amount of players doing something together. Crippling it would cripple the multiplayer aspect of the game even further.

Once you unlock higher fishing you can ||get a glow worm farm. Participate in a cake party, and put all your cake (yes all) through the farms. From there, either sell the fertilizer and worms for profit, or just sell the fertilizer and use the worms to catch fish. For glow worms I have not caught a fish under 120 coins. Each glow worm is 25 coins. So if you choose to fish, you're making minimum 95 coin profit.|| (Spoiler for money making + high fishing level, just in case someone wants to figure it out themselves. Not really a secret

don't worry, only the 3 jammers need to worry about bringing jam. you can buy 50x or 100x (depending on how many cakes) of the ingredients for a single batter or frosting and then you are good to go.

if you go to id:customize then get yourself the LFG role. then go to #1143270926394335282 and you can see people recruiting for cake parties. everyone selects a role. so if you're "batter" then you get egg, flour, and butter. you just get whatever items you need for your role. so you don't need to do jam. the reason why you make so much from cake parties are because there's 15 people, and each person is only contributing a small amount

I've been playing since closed beta. I still have some content to do, but I wasn't rushing to do it all fast. Event is getting a patch tomorrow but it's a festival with some new quests, new items, and a minigame that happens once a RL hour, it's kinda fun.

As to whether it's worth playing or not, that really depends on your preferences.

if you didn't like playing it in the past, i worry that won't really change now for you. as for the event, it's a night market with new decorations to buy for gold and tickets, 2 new food recipes, a recipe for fireworks, and a minigame to catch chapaas to get tickets for the event. there's 3 quests for the event that are wholesome and that's mostly about it. if you like the gameplay, and/or any skill in particular, yeah i think it's worth playing, but nothing has been added, the event included, that has drastically changed anything about the game if you didn't like it in the past.

I stopped playing mostly because of the balance issues that I didn't enjoy. For example waiting 4hours for seeds seems too long for me or crafting was very very slow and tedious. Apart from that I've found myself constantly doing random things just to get money and not enjoying gameplay... When you're solely focusing on making money and doing certain tasks to create more of an income then it seems like it takes even longer. Money is passive, I do agree some of the pricing in game needs balanced, however people seem to be wanting everything to just happen quick and try to speed run how long things take; along with trying to get a really 'flashy house' etc... as fast as they can. Instead, try to just find your favourite things to do and if then the game is too tedious for you and you wanna speed run it still I dont know what to tell you honestly. This might not be the game for you

While money is passive once you've built up, it is not passive for a new player. That build up is slow. A lot of it (your garden) is time gated, so for people that don't WFH or whatever to afk all day for their garden, it's going to be even slower.
Just getting all your lvl 1-9 upgrades is a struggle, because most people seem to have not built up a passive income yet. You don't have gold for your upgrades or all of your garden plots, much less tons of processing machines.
Gold absolutely rolls in, but it's after the early experience of setting up. Unless you're doing a lot of baking with friends (or acquaintances!), that's going to be after you have a lot of the things you need to get set up.

You can only have a max of 15 building parts per plot.
