Just a PSA for players who aren’t aware:

There is a client-side hack that will let you enter another person's housing plot with full permissions. The hack also grants flight an an accelerated speed. And with full permissions, they can take anything they want. Seems their favorite target of choice is the fountain you receive for player referrals.

However, to access a person's home plot, you need to be be in the game. And they can only access your current active plot. So, you have two choices

• By hitting H on your housing plot, use the drop-down at the top to select your second plot. As long as there is nothing on it, nothing can be taken. And your primary plot cannot be accessed.

• If you're not in the game, your plot is not active and can't be accessed.

Just a PSA for players who aren’t aware:

There is a client-side hack that will let you enter another person's housing plot with full permissions. The hack also grants flight an an accelerated speed. And with full permissions, they can take anything they want. Seems their favorite target of choice is the fountain you receive for player referrals.

However, to access a person's home plot, you need to be be in the game. And they can only access your current active plot. So, you have two choices

• By hitting H on your housing plot, use the drop-down at the top to select your second plot. As long as there is nothing on it, nothing can be taken. And your primary plot cannot be accessed.

• If you're not in the game, your plot is not active and can't be accessed.

That is happening because people are hunting the Enchanted (Tier 3) wildlife without Dispell Arrows. They are not meant to be hunted without being dispelled first. The game will literally tell you that if you read dialogue... however there are a large number of 'know-it-all's' who will argue and say they are not required. The point I am making... I have killed over 50+ Proudhorned Sernuks and never once lost a single one to getting stuck in rocks or mountains using Dispell Arrows. I have hunted them solo almost every single time.

You can't "steal stuff" when you get loaded into overlapping plots. Only if you hack and fly to other plots in the plot-zone. So, no worries that you'll suddenly develop kleptomaniacal urges, as even if you do, you can steal nothing.

the problem was that when it happened, you loaded in like it was YOUR plot. the setting was changed to visitor, but some people noticed things missing, as if they loaded into theirs, but it had someone else's plot overlapping
