But the time in-game from this arrest already passed and not a single mention about him till this day (we had the Irodori Festival and the "Kuki Festival").

As far as I know, the domain used the characters' dreams and experiences. People who go through experiences such as schizophrenia experience them as reality, even though they are not. This is not to say that Fischl suffers from schizophrenia (it's an analogy) but by imagining this universe so much, she may have experienced it as real.

Or it's just plot. Nothing deeper than this. Who knows.

Combat opportunities are very lackluster, the quests feel like padded exposition for the sake of it (eg the raven plays felt lazy) The puzzles are what ultimately bring the score down due to it being not easy nor hard (though I hate monas mirage) but just tedious and boring.

The tale of how the grandfather changed after meeting scaramouche and how the betrayal that we read about in the irodori festival ultimately affected the kaedehara clan. How it was declining and how the clan finally fell under kazuha.. along with having to face the vision hunt decree, loosing his friend, being a wanted fugitive… escaping inazuma with the help of ayato and the shumatsuban and the alcor… and to present day kazuha
