its a tetra bug, restart game

that is a bug in the modpack, dragon spawns inside the end island

we have that issue on our server, we dug a few holes and fight him in the ground, if you have a way of reloading the end, it usually fixed the issue

on our server we have ranks that use the /ResetEndIsland command from a plugin and that fixed the issue

Try implementing a buffer like a sophisticated storage backpack with a tank upgrade and then pull fluid into backpack and then pull to Create tank from the backpack via a pump

this issue ahs been fixed, but if you still struggling then just create a custom mod folder and add all the required mods into that folder instead of playing through official modpack folder

that is 1.21 not 1.20 steampunk runs in 1.20

you have to find the crystal that drops after death, luckily for you steampunk has a /back command for when you die you may return to your death location and reclaim your lost health. or if you have the resources you can craft the enigmatic soul compass that can help you find all your death locations and then reclaim them that way

also I recommend crafting either Cursium or protection pixel armor set as soon as you get the chance too as that makes you nearly invincible before you get the Cube from enigmatic legacy for your curios slot

Cube plus Cursium is probably the best mix or armor and equipment as cube has an effect that instead of dying from a final blow, you get tp'd to the nether dimension and spawn with 1 full heart, but it then also gives you super regen and if you pair that with the Cursium chest plate then you see that Cursium gives you brief invulnerability as soon as you get dealt the final blow and it also gives regen and resistance, if you pair that with the cube then you just can not die from anything

even getting hit with a maxed out Verocious Pan from another player wont be able to kill you

will quickly boot up the game and show you what a max level build looks like

I have an issue whenever using Create's item filter. I know how to craft and use the filter. The item filter is not functioning properly and voiding everything set in the item list.

For example, I add copper ingots on the list and expect raw copper when setting up an automatic smeltery machine. The heat turns them into copper ingots but the smart funnel is voiding the items. I kept testing different stacks of raw materials and changing the item list but it still void them.

I'm not sure if I'm using an older version that's causing this. If so, would backing up my world save progression and keep my items until I update it to the latest version?

From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.

5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". BTW I went through the Issues tab for the Pack on GitHub as saw people complain about the Gu required for rocket crafting does not drop. The item is not in the pack at all therefor if you want to make a rocket you will see that there are two recipe's for Each rocket, look at second recipe by just scrolling to the next recipe for each rocket. Just a heads up

Hey folks. I thought I'd share this here, for anyone trying to use distant horizons with the 1.20-V11 release of the steampunk pack.

ISSUES

1. Oculus version 1.7.0 is currently included in the pack, which is not compatible with the newest DH. This causes a crash on startup.
2. Alex's caves has a client config setting which prevents DH from rendering chunks in game.
3. When upgrading from older version of Steampunk, the Iris and Oculus Flywheel Compat mod may also be out of date, in this case. Any version below 1.1.4 is outdated and will cause a crash.

FIX STEPS

1. Install the modpack (I did in curseforge).

2. update Oculus to the latest current version (1.8.0) Release notes outline compatibility fixes.

3. Ensure that Iris & Oculus Flywheel Compat mod is updated to version 1.1.4.

4. Install the latest version of DH (2.2.1a).

3a. In summary, make sure oculus and DH are updated to the latest version, or the versions listed above (depending on how far into the future you are. Hi future person!). The Iris & Oculus Flywheel Compat mod should also be on version 1.1.4.

4. Open the config folder in the minecraft game folder (there's a link in curseforge to take you there).

5. Open alexscaves-client.toml in a text editor and set "biome_ambient_light_coloring" to "false" The line should look like below.
   biome_ambient_light_coloring = false

6. Save changes to the config file and close it.

Once you've made those changes, you should be able to start the game, and distant horizons should be working properly.

NOTE:
This guide is primarily for V11 of the modpack, but other users have tested this guide for V10 successfully, and it seems this should work for previous versions and V12. If you use this guide an run into something unexpected, please let me know and share what version of the pack you're on. 🙂

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The 'Essential' mod is therefore incompatible.

I'm hosting a server which I play on with a friend, and noticed that potion effects, and other player effects, tick down really fast.. like one second in game is twice as fast as in reality (though day night cycle and other stuff is still fine)

lol its a simple gamerule. i think its /gamerule doseasoncycle

then just set it to false if you dont want seasons anymore. otherwise its more of a just dealing with it as a huge inconvenience. but for mass melting/removal i guess a minecart contraption with ploughs would work.

Water, Mushrooms and Sunlight make it decay faster.

Rich Soil is basically a form of Dirt that applies bonemeal to crops.

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there. Do the same with the XaerosMinimap folder, or the Journeymap folder, to transfer over any waypoints you've created.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.
