1st be sure to have 4 soul stars bc once you find the structure, you gotta build up a little bit (not too high tho), and once you reach the middle of the structure, you should see what looks like altars. place 1 soul star in each of those altars and a boss mob will be summoned (i forgot the name of the boss).

So the class tier list in pins goes over that. But modded weapons are not affected by this. It is vanilla only when it comes to Paladin axes and the damage is a very measly +1 on vanilla axes so it wouldn't matter regardless.
