ah
what did you disable
the pack also just seems to crash without anything added lol
please read the questbook ingame for a guide on storage
you added like 20 mods
please send a log without adding 20 mods

i dont know why you're replying to random messages drawing conclusions
because I tried to launch
its because the person is on curseforge
completely unrelated issue
??? why would a pack advertised on curseforge not work on curseforge
the cf app sucks, the cf site is where its advertised
đ„
what exactly is wrong
its not "advertised"
and its not our fault the cf launcher sucks
đ„
I love the lack of context the emoji has
perfectly encapsulates my feelings without directly telling them

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL. Keep in mind that ATL is NOT related to TLauncher in any way, and is not a cracked launcher.
To install ATL, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download. If you are on MacOS, then choose the "Jar" version under the "Other" tab.
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATL doesn't see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "Install". Then, follow the on-screen directions.
7. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.
This video explains the process: https://youtu.be/xMYW1wMbmkM
To transfer your Curseforge world to ATL, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATL and paste the Saves folder there. Do the same with the XaerosMinimap folder, or the Journeymap folder, to transfer over any waypoints you've created.
Because ATL downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATL also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATL installed.
its fun to laugh at
also it launched without any addons this time
..even though it also crashed when I tested too
so ty for making me test twice at least I guess
Anyone know if it is possible to move a spawner you built, after placing it down? Or change the mob? Or if you break one you built, will it drop pieces or the whole spawner? I wanted to relocate my spawners from a cave to my base
the spawners+ mod is in the modpack
I know. I built a spawner using pieces and was wondering if I'd get the whole spawner back, all the pieces, or only a few fragments, if I break one I built
If I won't get back enough to rebuild it, I won't break it. I know fortune affects drops on naturally generated ones, but idk if crafted spawners are tagged to drop the 8 pieces
probably just shards back yeah
I guess I could make an offline test world with cheats and try it to see if I'd get all the pieces I used back đ€
Idk if the dev intentionally "balanced" it so that you can't just swap souls to get whatever materials you need using a single spawner
hey guys in BMC4 do backpacks from backpacked mod even take damage? ergo is their a point to the INBUED HIDE enchantment?
i dont see a durability bar on the backpack sooooo im confused
The description says fire damage so I imagine if you were to die in fire or lava the backpack would be destroyed, however in this modpack you leave a corpse behind when you die instead of dropping everything
The enchantment is likely to make the backpack and all the stuff inside fireproof and maybe lavaproof
As long as your backpack isn't on a shelf and the house doesn't catch on fire or blow up from a Creeper, the backpack should be safe with your corpse afaik
Actually a Creeper would be blast damage so idk how the backpack would handle that đ€
Most objects are destroyed by fire tho so that's the main thing
So as long as the pack in question is on my person which ends up in corpse I donât need to worry
Yeah since corpses don't seem to despawn until you take the stuff out of them. Idk if corpses survive fire or lava tho
The mod page says the corpse can't be in lava or the void so you should be fine I think

is Better mc forge 5 not on modrinth?
!modrinth
Currently LPS packs are not being updated on the Modrinth site, and as such are outdated. This is while the devs figure out a way to automate uploads of the pack properly.
Until the packs can be properly updated, we recommend using ATL (use !alternates in #bots for further info on the installation process ) or Prism launcher. You can download the CurseForge version of our packs on these launchers while still being able to make instances from Modrinth versions of other packs not owned by us.
Please note this does not apply to individual mod projects of developers at LPS.

Hello, I am having a problem sharing my world: the person I share the link with can join the world, but after a few minutes they are kicked out and a message appears saying âan error has occurred in Luna.â
send your friends latest.log file
sorry, but i dont know what is this đ
!logs
To better assist with fixing your issue, we will need some logs:
- Curseforge -> Right click the modpack instance -> âOpen Folderâ.
- ATLauncher -> Click âOpen Folderâ on the modpack instance.
- MultiMC -> Select your instance and click âInstance Folderâ on the right.
- PrismLauncher -> Select your instance and click âFolderâ on the right.
- For servers -> Open the folder containing your server files.
To find the âlatest.logâ file, navigate to the 'logs' folder.
To find the âhs_err_pid.logâ file, simply look for the file name after opening the instance folder.
To find a crash report, navigate to the âcrash-reportsâ folder and find the most recent file after your crash occurred.
Once located, please upload the requested file here. If it fails, upload to https://mclo.gs/ and share the link here.
I don't speak English very well, but I understand that I have to upload this here, right? Sorry.
Uploaded latest.log from @peak solstice to mclogs: https://mclo.gs/QoJ9cux
And now what do I have to do?
!server you can selfhost on your pc while we look into the issue
Free Method
To host a server on your own computer, read the selfhosting guide.
This guide goes over how to install, create, and launch a free Minecraft server on all operating systems (MacOS, Linux and Windows). The guide also guides you through installing Java and optimizing your server for better performance.
If you are installing one of our older modpacks, ignore the "README" file that is included in the serverpack files, as they have outdated information.
Paid Method
We suggest renting a server from Bisect Hosting:
Approx. $10 - $25 a month depending on what plan you choose. You can also get 25% off with Code LunaPixel.
Go here and order a plan which fits you. We suggest 1GB per player but nothing lower than 4GB as the server needs at least 3GB to run.
Go to #server-hosting for more Info!
The following advice works for both the Free and Paid methods:
Transferring Your World
If you're playing Singleplayer and want to transfer your world to your server, simply go to your modpack files and navigate to the saves folder. Inside of this folder, you will see your world saves. Rename your desired world save to world. You can then transfer this folder to your server files. If your world was hosted via world sharing, this process has to be done by the person who would click "Share World".
Fixing Lag
To resolve lag issues, simply run the !tps command in #bots and follow the directions provided.
thanks you
what is "it"
the bucket of blood says your game is corrupted?
okay
and what is "it"
can you send a screenshot
or any kind of logs
what is saying your game is corrupted
TLauncher is known spyware and is also unable to install mods or modpacks correctly. Because we offer no support for piracy due to Discord TOS, you will need to provide proof you own a legitimate copy of Minecraft or leave the server. For a safe, working way to install both mods and modpacks, read the â #faq guide on installing modpacks.
I just removed the mod. I need subtitles for access reasons. Thanks anyways

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The 'Essential' mod is therefore incompatible.
To share your world using our own world hosting, click the 'Open to Lan' or 'Share World' button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.
It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!
We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.
There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

nvm got it, it was just T
Now getting this error it was just working but had to close Minecraft to mess with ram settings and now it does this
Even put in a new server address
if you're the host you go in via the single player world and do it again with world sharing.
It's just the person joining you who use the ip, which changes each time you leave and rejoin
the second one is free

Added 5 new mods or so to BMC5 modpack all booted fine would end the world and restart just fine. Hop on today and find âFailed to load world in safe modeâ on my world. Tried removing Level.dat and renamed Level.dat_old to Level.dat and still remains. Is my world just gone?
Added
Apple skin
Sophisticated Backpacks
Artifacts
Tide
Snow! Real Magic!
I believe thatâs it.
I may be missing one or two but the others Iâve had in the modpack for a year with no issue.
Hi im new to this modpack (Better MC forge bmc4) and I keep getting a "an error occurred in Luna" when a friend tries to join me could someone help me out?
I also tried removing Artifacts, Snow! From the mod folder as those were the last added. I created a new world and same issue however 1/3 of the worlds I can just load into with all the mods regardless. Iâm just confused.

#community-servers-info or #1109323795556216862 should have some you can check out
how can i update the modpack on modrinth

ok guys so after a frustrating few hours i got eureka to work with this modpa
apparently the crashes are caused by some weird code that you have to delete
alongside 3 useless mods
no mod is "useless" lol
!compat
Following mods are incompatible with all LPS modpacks: Epic Fight, Valkerian Skies, Eureka Ships, Essential (use !ea), optifine (use !optifine), clockwork, e4mc (use !ws) and on (for the moment, wait on devs to do updates to their packs, do not update it yourself)
yeah i figured it out thanks to YouTube guides
it was more or less pretty easy to fix the incompatibility
there is this stupid backpack mod that is borderline disgusting
i deleted it and got myself a superior version
it is always going to cause issues and your game will not work properly with it
YouTube guide and my own Minecraft world beg to differ
and stunning
Just be aware that you will not get BMC support in case your world will stop working. But you're free to do whatever you want with the pack, even if it might break
i have a backup of the world don't worry
is there a better way to get enchantments in bmc4 other than trading hall?
im confused on how i ask for help, any tips?
are you asking for tips on how to ask for help
yeah, ive never had a problem until today
my game crashed, i dont know why, so was wondering where i ask for help, i read the get support page but it didnt make full sense to me

explore structures and disenchant any enchanted armor you find
how do i remove them, im new to using the forge app, ive always used %AppData% to do mods?
you remove them the same way you added them lol
structures are completely decimating me w full diamond TT I got to a bandit tower and the skeletons 2-3 shots me
that'd probably be because you added mods or are on an old version of the modpack
it just says install, nothing to mention removing
go to the main mods tab in cf launcher and then click remove on the stuff I told you to remove
im on v47 w 333 mods, I didnt add anything;-;
or click the 3 dots then click open folder and go to the mods folder from there
if skeletons are 3 shotting you then it's just bc you're at an end game structure

You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATL installed.

someone know how to have fullbright on bettermc ?
try allocating 6-8 gbs of ram
Does anyone know what's the absolute best armor in BMC5?
Thank youu
You can attach a lantern or soul lantern to your belt armor slot, which is about as good
You can type the armor type into the search bar on the bottom right of the inventory screen, and read which ones have the stats you like the most. Remember that in Aether, Everbright, and Everdawn, your armor and weapons from other dimensions won't work there, so it doesn't really matter how powerful your gear is, depending on the dimension
Personally I might go for the super speed and super jump armor from Aether
Although I can craft Netherite, it won't work in those other 3 dimensions
Thank you
that was really helpful!
I played BMC4 and there was this awesome ME-System.
Is there something similar in BMC 5?
Is it possible that something is blocking using Bone Meal on tree saplings? After i updated server to v36(Neoforge BMC5) im not able to grow tree with Bone meal đ€
and it's not like i did something wrong with sapling or smthing(screenshot, open space, 2x2 spruce, not a single grass/flower/snow around it)
Oh wait, my bad. BMC5?. Is JEI not in BMC5? I forgot that is on Neoforge instead of Forge đ€
Yeah I checked Curseforge. I see it. You should have that search bar
I can't imagine BMC5 forgot to include JEI in the modpack
Otherwise idk what you mean by ME-System, sorry
Oh I just looked it up. I guess that was an energy reactor thing also in All The Mods modpack?
I didn't even know that is in BMC4
Is this it?
It's the mod that shows up if I search for ME-System
Idk if it's in BMC4 or BMC5 without checking the files, but you can add it
Is simple storage the remote control thing? I still haven't tried figuring out how that works yet
basically yeah
I see it in the quests. Does the quest book give a good enough tutorial or will I need to watch a video on it?
I have like 50 chests in my basement and idk how that remote thing will benefit
my friend set it up for me in our save lmao bc im lazy to do anything when he'll do anything for me but there are a lot of vid tutorials out there if the questbook doesnt help enough
basically its remote storage from anywhere
U need inventory Connector(Block) and chest has to touch it(from Left, Right or Top) - only 2 chest has to touch it, then simply place chest next to each other
Then connect Invencotry Connector(block) with Cable to Terminal(Block) and thats it
Thank you!
I loved simple storage in BMC4.
I will try the toms storage mod. I hope it is as good.
Interesting. Well I might watch a video on it anyway just to learn the features. I assume it's not more complicated than Redstone
Having a backpack AND remote storage would be nice for long trips in other dimensions
I remember something about sacks as shulkers in BMC4 but the only mod I found is a Fabric mod, not Forge?
I wanted to read more about the mod since I could super optimize my storage with tons of sacks, but I'm unsure if the Fabric mod is the right one.

Click the three dots (ellipsis) next to the "Play" button.
Choose "Profile Options".
Uncheck "Use system memory settings".

No, we do not have any official wikis for our packs. Any wikis you come across claiming to be for one of our packs are unofficial and may contain outdated or unreliable information. Your best guide is the questbook in-game, located in the top left corner of your screen when your inventory is open.
If you have further questions, feel free to ask or search in the channel for the pack you're playing. You can also search online for information about specific mods, as many individual mods have info available online.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.
i'm trying to update the mod pack to v47 on my server but it keeps leaving out the deeper and darker to cataclysm progression mod. i've tried manually adding it from my files into the server winscp and on the server launcher website but neither has worked, any ideas?

For Mac devices using Apple Silicon/arm (M1/M2/etc.) CPUs that don't work with ATLauncher
Certain modpacks might crash if used in Curseforge or ATLauncher. In those cases you should download and install PrismLauncher.
Installing modpack
Click "Add Instance", select "Curseforge", then filter the modpack you want to play. Select it and click on "OK".
Blocked mods
In some cases PrismLauncher is unable to download blocked mods. Click "Open Missing" to downloads then in a browser, into a folder listed under "Watched Folders" (or add a new location of your choosing). Once done - review if the list has all mods marked with green checkbox.
Installing Java
Before you launch the game click on your instance, click "Edit", go to Settings, Java, click on "Download Java". Select Azul Zulu, Java 21, 21.0.7. Once installed, click on "Auto-detect..." and select the Azul one you just downloaded. Make sure to also check "Skip Java compatibility checks".

Thats where im confused, I uploaded the mod folder from my pc to te server
you need to use the serverpack for running a server.
Actually I just noticed that Immersive Armors is not working in the latest version of BMC4? I know that those armor icons had health bars before. Now they don't. If it wasn't for my other mod Inventory HUD+ that shows %, I'd not even know my armor is damaged
Why are there no health bars on them in the current version? đ€
They definitely had health bars in v46
I'm playing on a public server, so I have exactly the same mods as the server
Also does Wolf Armor have no durability? I don't see an option to add Unbreaking or Mending, so I imagine it can't break?
what x ray can i use for bmc 4?
Bro I can't even figure out how to take armor off the wolf after putting it on...

Need help I added minecolonies and Macaws structures to better MC
but it keeps crashing for whatever reason
I have the same problem. Iâm using Prism Launcher, I just updated the mods, and the game launches. I can start Single Player, but when I go into Multiplayer and click the Server Browser button, the game crashes.

do not update the mods, that will break the pack.
Unfortunately, without the update I wouldnât be able to join that specific server.
you do a modpack update, not the mods themselves. the person hosting should not have done it that way.

Hello, I would like to know what is the best armor of V47 because I do not know if it is the one in netherite like in vanilla or if it is another
Where can i find the recipe or how to obtain the gilded netherite shield?
Or how to get the gilded upgrade smithing template?
if you add 20 mods
and your game starts crashing
its crashing because you added 20 mods
check jei
i killed the warden with ease to open a portal but it doesnt give me this trophy??
why is it so hard to find village
you need to enter the dimension
How the hell do I get an elytra
I have been searching for hours
Where do I get an elytra please
Anyone
BMC is vanilla+ modpack, so Elytra should be on End City's ship structure in The End
Dumb question but where i can find folders with modded dimmensions(Aether, Otherside, Twilight Forest) so i can delete them?(to generate fresh one)
like what's a path to files i have to delete you know.
On not modded server there was smthing like world, nether and The_End folders
cuz i can't find it
Look for Dimensions folder
Inside should be all modded dims
okay i deleted Twilight Forest folder(if has Poi, region etc folders inside of it) and run the server. I used portal to go to Twilight and.. I still have same old Twilight Forest i had for last month
but 1 thing i noticed that deleting the folder reset bosses spawner
If you deleted region files then the Dimension stops existing, but when you enter it should generate exactly the same (due to seed)
yet i would like to have fresh new world to pre-generate with Chunky
hmm i see
Just the structures will be not looted or not destroyed
so i can't have fresh new wolrd cuz of the same seed
Yes, you would have to change the seed used for the entire server, but that would affect the generation in vanilla dims as well
dang... :/
you can take a look at level.dat
some have their seeds in there you can cahnge
under dimensions
thats not good since i wanted to delete modded worlds + Nether to pre-generate them a bit smaller (i dont have much space on disk for server)
i never used .dat files since all i had inside of them was magic random symbols hah
okay lets see with nbtstudio
thats all i have in WorldGenSettings section for Twilight.
- I have only 1
seed:i can edit in WorldGenSettings section but i think that's the global one that will affect generation in vanilla dims like SyntheeR said
yeah
they dont have it in twilighgt apparently
i dont have any packs with that mods intalled so idrk
None of the worlds have this in level.dat.
bumblezone had it thats why i remmeber
Aether, Otherside, Twilight and Nether. There is only 1 seed "to rule them all"
What may happen with already pregenerated worlds(Overworld, The_End) once I change "global" seed? Could this damage those worlds in any way (if I don't delete their files like I did with the other four)?
Newly generated chunks will generate with new seed, old chunks will continue to work normally I think
hmm sounds like smthing i have to test then
Where can i find the recipe or how to obtain the gilded netherite shield?
u can find it in chest as loot in Nether
aah ok
but be careful, cuz using it can kill you XD
EDIT: Nvm, wrong item xD
is there any way to gain back the hearts you lose each time you die in mediumcore?
if there was a power outage while I was playing, is there a risk of the world being corrupted?
honest opinions, whats the best weapon in the game? both melee and long range. I have sharp 6 netherite-diamond sword
why it doesnt let me do a single player world?
it just sais that they kikd me aut bc it was gona crash or something like that
can you fix those typos cause i cant understand what you just said
hold on let me use google translate
oh okay
Why do I get kicked out when I try to make a solo world? It tells me that I was kicked out because otherwise the server would crash
sry for my bad english lol đ

why did you add offline skins
some friends cant afford minecraft
and we have a server n all
then we aren't going to give u support
im not the one who owns said server though
im playing on official
its my issue, not theirs
and thats why you arent quarantined
what do you mean exactly
if i didnt clearly see you're playing on cf which you only can w an offical copy you wouldve been put in quarantine to provide proof of owning the game
having mods added that support offline players we don't condone and therefore cannot help you
even if i didnt have the mod it still happens, i just tried and stuff, but alright
im not saying its whats affecting you im saying we're not gonna give you support with your issue for it
Hello, how are you? I need help with something. They recently updated betterMC BCM5 and changed the key that opens the inventory shulker. Before, it was used to open with the "N" key and now it is opened with the "X" key.
And I can't find a way to change it back to the "N" key.
Hai hai, any idea why my friend keeps getting an insufficient ram error despite allocating 8gb? i have the same amount and it works just fine for me
he tried almost everything here
upload the crash assistant logs from the upload all button
follow the paging size part of the log analysis from before as its an issue w the paging available, if that doesnt work it may be physical storage
also update to v47
friend says he has already tried doing that
updating wouldnt just fix it would it?
but i guess can try that
also i should add that it was working fine like a week ago
ig try this i googled
ignore it says star citizen random website
he already tried that
he tried setting a custom size and not just the automatic manage the log analysis from earlier showed?
im not sure then since i havent been a windows user in years, my only other idea is just genuinely having too much processes running at once
can he screenshot his amounts
and his disk spaces
ye
he tried clearing the disk btw, the game launched
but it crashed again like 5min into playing
its probably just the disk ehh
im sorry if anyone can help with this problem

!alternates
If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL. Keep in mind that ATL is NOT related to TLauncher in any way, and is not a cracked launcher.
To install ATL, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download. If you are on MacOS, then choose the "Jar" version under the "Other" tab.

Hi everyone, I have a question. Can I download the Create mod from the modpack? Or is there a mod compatible with the modpack that's similar to Create? I use Better MC 4.
Heeyy question, im in a server with multiple players on better mc 4, for some reason 2 of the players dont get graves when they die, however. Everyone else does? They use to get graves(corpses) but dont anymore? Ive got no idea how to fix it
who wants to watch me fight maledictus
First time ever coming to this place. Was playing on 1.20.1 with like 10 other mods installed with it. Was completely ok yesterday, working fine. tried today and its suddenly giving me a "version error" for certain mods in the mod pack. Don't know how to fix nor show what I need so if anyone can help me with what I need to show that would be helpful. cause I don't really know too much about mods other than installing until it breaks
It says "Mod betterendforge is for 1.16.5-1.6.3".... but I didnt even touch that thing. was there just a buggy update that happened or should I just reinstall everything?
I did try to reinstall it, but for somereason all it gives me is the "delete" or "remove" option. do I just need to reinstall all mods that are just not compatible (for some reason)?
you updated mods in the pack with cf's update all button likely
backup your world save, delete the instance, make a new instance
Ah, yeah i Did. ok, thanks for the help
im trying to open my world to LAN, but im not super sure why it isnt working. i might just be doing it wrong but could someone help?
!ws
So reinstalling the mod did nothing actually... Now I'm really confused. and probably gotta remake my world... darn
oh well
nvm I reinstalled it and it still has the same non compatible mod installed. unsure if this is just for the 1.20.1 or not, but just wanted to say
this doesn't really explain anything...
Tell us to use LAN, then, tell us the LAN sucks, and it will ruin our world in the long run. What is the point in mentioning it? Why not just give a guide on how to use the free method of hosting a server? It seems counterintuitive to show us a crappy way to play and then not show us the better way- especially when that better way can lead to your group making money: "There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way."
Can someone make it make sense?
yeah ur kinda right.. it didnt actually work for me either??
The LAN also doesn't work half the time- just delete the LAN crap. Then, you can show us how we can do server hosting for free and then you could also promote the product that makes you money, no?
Hate to be a Debby Downer type of guy, especially with me being new, but this whole system is very poorly setup and worse at showing how to set it up.
i was hoping that LAN would work, as last time i played on a free server the chunks werent showing up fast enough hrrr
lan is different than world sharing
that is the point in mentioning it
it just uses the lan menu
we also DO have a guide of hosting a dedicated server for free

Thank you, apologies for prior messages- apologies for any offense.
there is no "non compatible mod"
would running a free server work even if im not online? i dont want it to keep my computer on or use power
mkay yeah I restarted my pc gonna reinstall it again and try
you would need your computer running for the server to be online yes as it runs thru a powershell window
could i turn the server offline whenever then? or is that not possible
im only playing with one other person and dont need a server running 24/7 as we're going to be playing together
thats why i was wanting to open the world to LAN, but it seems to not work and be buggy anyways
no its only when you have the server window open
ohhh alright, tysm!, ill try and start a free server then
ok, so I found out that adding the umapyoi addons broke it. I'm not sure why the "crash report" kept giving me the version error though.... anyway, thanks for ya'lls help!

Fixing Lag
To resolve lag issues, simply run the !tps command in #bots and follow the directions provided.
what are some good or essential create mod addons?
Hello everyone,
I'm a player using the Better MC [FORGE] BMC4 modpack. I recently added the "Epic Fight" mod and its addon, "Weapons of Miracles," because I really like the combat style.
However, the game keeps crashing, and the crash assistant log shows a warning about the Epic Fight mod's incompatibility. I know this mod is known for causing issues, but I'd really like to use it if possible.
Is there any way to make it work with this modpack, or are there specific mods I should remove to avoid conflicts?
Here is the log from the crash assistant for you to check.
<br>
<br>
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
as the crash assistant clearly states
epic fight is completely incompatible

Hi, I can't seem to use the JEI bookmarked items to craft. I'm at the crafting table, I have all the ingredients, I hover my mouse over the bookmarked recipe, and I can't get the recipe to come out on the crafting table. (Better MC v47)
Hello, so I can't download technology mods for the modpack? I would like to use Create to make things easier
BMC5 1.21.1, this mod crashes the game on start
(Sorry not sure where else bug reports go)
You can
You need to enable the option that allows you to add mods into the modpack
whats the difference between bmc1 bmc2 bmc5 etc.
Okay, can I do that through CurseForge itself? Sorry, I'm a newbie at this stuff
Yep

See if that helps
Can you explain what do you mean by RAM usage? Where do you see that?
server RAM usage
you seee it in your server hosting portal
Ok, in that case it's irrelevant, unless you see the game lagging
We use Bisect Hosting and since update RAM usage has doubled even when server is empty

Hi i have a question. I'm in a server with BMC 5 and lootr and i want to have haste 2 (without beacon). Is it possible? And, How do i do it?
how long did it take for it to hatch? had mine hatching ofr an hour and nothing
how do i add mods to a server? i added a couple mods for convenience but it says to remove them because they're not on the server
you put them in the servers mod folder
ahh thank u
i know if the egg is on a certain ground type aether can hatch into a dif dragon
they hatched after like 30 min or so sometimes longe
in relation to betterminecraft, does somebody know why whenever i load up the modpack the world generation is so dull and out of content, but whenever i look it up on youtube it just looks so full of content with insane structures, things i've never seen before or even though of, though i travelled thousands of blocks in my singleplayer world... am i missing something? would truly appreciate any sort of guidance đđŸ
like, most things i'll see is like a pillager outpost and some pretty normative villages... and once upon like a thousand blocks i'll come across a very small structure that i've seen before dozens of times

Please follow the guide here for changing the Java version your server uses. This will improve performance dramatically. If you are on a third party server host, you likely can not change the Java version your server uses. Bisect Hosting and a few VPS providers do allow changing Java version, though, which can usually be done through your server dashboard.
The method on Bisect is to simply go to the main dashboard page, and select "GraalVM 22" as the Java distribution. If it crashes, use 21 instead.
For further performance improvements, you can also follow this guide.
Reducing server render distance in the server.properties file is also a very good way of reducing lag. Most of our modpacks include mods like Bobby and Farsight, which make it so reducing server render distance will not affect players.
If lag persists, run the following command ingame:
/spark profiler start --only-ticks-over 50
Then, send the link in this channel.

you do not have the same modpack installed as the server
!server
!alternates
You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATL installed.
follow both guides fully
he doesnt get connected to the server
yeah but what error is on his screen
and send a screenshot of what hes typing into direct connect to join
direct connect or add server?
i cant send a ss from his device but he typed âlocalhostâ into direct connect and got this same error which is an ss from google tho
Is tom's simple storage mod safe to use these days? I remember using it one or two, maybe three years ago and I noticed items disappearing
are you sure he has the modpack installed
it works
100% i sent him the file through email and watched him download it
what mod shows you what the block you're looking at is? I want to move it from upper left to uppr middle

jade
thank you
i sent him the modpack file to import into modrinth
Please note this does not apply to individual mod projects of developers at LPS.
yes i downloaded the pack from cf, then imported it into modrinth and sent him that same file
do a fresh install via ATL
alright, i can try that although ill probably have to do it tmr, sorry for the trouble tho hhhh
ur good!
Is there any way as a server owner that I can delete other peopleâs claims?
And just tweak what people can/canât do?

Seems like that weird launcher didn't install the pack properly, and we're not familiar with it
so i should play better mc with the ATLauncher?
That's the launcher we normally recommand, and are sure is working fine
ok thanks
Also, this
whats the problem with norisk client?
I don't have details, but seems like the modpack dev is not happy about it
So I assume it's similar to your case, where it's just not reliable enough
ok
I need help finding a mod.
At my base, a Pillager horde often spawns, and I hear the raid horn sound.
They keep killing my mobs, like villagers and other stuff.
Do you know which mod makes random âeasy raidsâ happen?
There is no Raid bar or anything like that just some normal pillager group withou a banner.
Could anyone recommend a guide on how to add the better mc modpack to a server manually?

You seem to be using an older version of the modpack! Updates often fix issues, and yours might already be fixed, so please try again with the latest version of the modpack to see if the issue persists or not.
!logs - please read this
To better assist with fixing your issue, we will need some logs:
If it fails, upload to https://mclo.gs/ and share the link here.

yes that's because in spectator there is less UI elements rendering and UI stuff like hearts adds a lot to lag due to minecraft itself being poorly optimized
Please follow the performance guide to improve your game performance, as this is likely to resolve your issue. If your lag is unresolved, send a screenshot with F3 open ingame.
no
that has nothing to do with it
please read the performance guide
you can get unbreaking 4 via quark tomes
thx a bunch
I think it is, I have RTX3070 and AMD Ryzen 7 5400H. Before this issue I've never had any crash
I'll try it, thank you for help
for the latest release of better mc is there performance issues? or settings to optimize? Im getting like framing issues as low at 10 on like potato shaders, when on older versions year or two ago i get 90fps on max shaders. my specs is a gtx 1660 super with 16g of ram
