Why solona fee very high? When I want to craft my item it want 0.34 $. It's expensive than crafted items. 😒
if you are using Phantom and you turned on priority fees in Starbased, that can be a primary reason. Also when you process it, check the actual txn in solscan and see if you were really charged 0.34. I believe Phantom displays the highest possible amount but not the actual one that gets charged

on starbase at the begining of a session I was asked to select a character among 5 choices. All were under the same name but with different crypto keys. none of these were known from me so I picked up the first one starting 8x...But when the Ui came back I had lost all my experience points, loyalty points and my ships either ? I had self destructed the ship which had run out of fuel... then I tried to reclaim it.. and I was able then to enter the ship again at CSS.. but the next time i opened the game and connected my wallet the ship was gone.

logged in Sage Labs for the first time in a while and my fleets disappeared and can't find my ships I had been playing

The old one is still available on the following links - your assets are most likely there if you have not moved them manually to Starbased in the past 10 days:

Keep in mind that old game id (Labs v1 and v2) are going to stop economic activities on 16th. It will be live for some time afterwards for players to be able to move their assets to Star Based ( Labs v3 ) but best to start moving them sooner so you are prepared for the new gameplay

Today I transferred some of my ships from the stake section to the sage section. Then there was a problem with the based.staratlas servers. I had set up a fleet for 2 VZUS ambwe and 1 for Ogrika Thripid. After the server was fixed, my fleet was back to base css, but there was only 1 vzus ambwe left. In short**, 1 VZUS ambwe and 1 Ogrika Thripid seem to be lost in based.staratlas.** It is not available in the main wallet either. I would be happy if you help.

It's going to be probably around 300 trips for my fleet to move it. Which given how many times per day I can click will take like year or so...

Is there a time limit for how long labs is going to be available?
Overall this doesn't make sense. I counted it will waste 3 months of daily play for me to move everything just to move it to another version of the same game of the same universe. This is the same CSS but in a different UI. So it's not a game mechanics that I'm moving it somewhere. It's just to move it between game databases. This should be done automatically or something, and not a game goal. 😕

I have 1000000 copper ore and want to craft ingots. That doesn't work in the CSS because there is no food. Does that mean I have to bring the copper ore to a base where there is food?
at the moment, yes.
The team has announced that some changes to CSS upkeep costs will come (makes crafting more affordable at CSS).
Until then you have to move to starbases with food supplied
This is a big and expensive circumstance. It takes many flights to get everything there. After shipping, I have to bring everything back into the CSS because that's the only way I can load it into the marketplace. Is that really wanted? This is extremely inefficient.
Is it a known bug that the closing of the redundant token accounts is not sending out a txs right now? It says 'account rent deposits have been returned' right away without a txs. Is this new for 3.0.44?

@prime dragon has there been any progression on the bug with partially disbanded fleets? I have a fleet that's docked with crew in the ship but thr same crew are crafting and it's bugged out. Non of the wallet buttons are working

Same here..I have a fleet which has been trying to disband for over an hour. Inventory was removed from the fleet, but it continues to show as docked. Clicking the disband button again just results in a transaction reverted error. Soft and hard refreshes don't seem to help.

Basically I landed at a star base and foolishly rather than unload and disband i just went straight into disband thinking it would unload and disband in one go
And it kinda did otherwise wouldn't have been able to start crafting but I can see its bugged out. I would self destruct but the button isn't there either
State of fleet is docked
This is due to our data provider being flaky at the moment. The original disband fleet bugs were fixed in build 3.0.32-3.0.34. I wouldn't take any action if I were you. You will just have to wait until service is restored and the proper updates are coming in again.
I had just created a sell order for Hydrogen on the marketplace and then placed a second one. Now the hydrogen from the first order is no longer listed, but the hydrogen is no longer in my wallet either. Will the previous order be deleted and the goods retained for a certain period of time? You can still transport and get your resources out of sage labs. Its just that mining, scanning and crafting shouldnt work anymore

Keep getting this message when trying to load items into cargo
I can dock, undock, unload fuel and ammo and refuel and refill ammo just fine.
and it's only at CSS cause I just flew to MUD-2 loaded up some food and now flying it back to CSS to test
the password to your epic games store account is managed by epic games.
The password to your wallet has nothing to do with the epic games store and was set up when you first started playing Star Atlas

so basicaly the password to login to star atlas ue5 is a set up one not the wallet one ?
when you start Star Atlas you get to enter your password to unlock your wallet. That is all it does. There is no password for the game itself, but since you need a wallet to play the game it might seem like it is.
If you forget the password you can just reenter your seed phrases from your wallet and set a new password.
I hope I understood your question correctly
also never give away your seed phrase to anyone, make sure nobody has access to your pc, key/seed is stored locally encrypted

Yes it did. For whatever reason after not being able to load anything on to a fleet at CSS, once I flew to MUD 2 and loaded up and dropped off at CSS it worked again. Strange.

I broke something and I am not sure how to fix it. All transactions immediatly come back with this error message.
Wether I use Ledger or the Hotwallet auto-approve. I have over 1 SOL, 25k ATLAS in the Vault.
Everything was working fine until I tried installing SLY Assistant on my main browser where I use my primary account + ATLAS Prime Hotwallet.
Then all tx broke and even now that I uninstalled the automation script I cannot get anything to go through.

Is the team aware of this? This goes on for 3 days now. I constantly need to reload SB every few minutes, sometimes I need to reload 5x or 10x until it works (for some minutes).
It's nearly unplayable at the moment.
Sometimes it works for some minutes and then suddenly these 503 errors show up again.

Alot of bugs in that starbase version. This crafting bug is a special pain as it locks you out completely

I actually loved how steady starbased is running, even with the solana congestion it performed way better then labs. Just this new crafting bug is a pain....
I noticed these errors too... I had them before when based wasn't loading properly... I think it just means you are not able to load starbased. You prob have tried it, but did you try disconeccting wallet and a Hard Refresh on browser? Hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R (windows) or Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R (Mac)
Of course I tried everything. 🙂
And it has nothing to do with the client side, the team already confirmed it is a server problem.
I did notice all these errors too a few days ago, they prob fixed my part of the server then.. 😉
It could be region based, but I tried this, too (via VPN).
But it got definitely better after @silver fox wrote it should be fixed.

No, I did not press the button to accept the charges and try to get an sdu. I won't bother trying to get SDUs if it's $.31c per scan in solana.
If the fleet doesnt have any SDU in stock you will br charged rent to create the solana account. When you remove all the SDU the account will be closed and you get the rent back.

Starbased is still very early development, changes and fixes are rolled constantly. Give it some time (I feel you though, i have the same issue)
Although most of the fees are rental fees on solana (and you get them back), I don’t think you’ll be very profitable with a single bike. Unless you want to test the game and it’s mechanics, it’s probably best you 1) accumulate a bigger fleet or 2) wait for lending services (are in development with a third party) so you can lend out your bike for profits. This is all just my personal opinion playing the game, I didn’t do the math.

hey so just managed to do it its phantom wallet so what i did is completely restet my browser setings cleaned all the cookies and connected trough different network and it worked so some of these things worked than 🙂

What's the point of mining if ships can't be crafted?
everything is a solana txn 0.00005, except solana token account creation, these are 0.002, but you get the token accounts back as soon you close them, its an automated process, so as soon you interact with any asset it creates token accounts, same goes for fleets and cargo
so each time you transport or mine things, cargo token accounts get created for your fleet these usually get closed when you unload, but when you disband a fleet a message will pop up in the starbase that you have open cargo accounts when you press it you get the solana token/renting account fees back
to VB's point: Go to your starbase inventory (where you disbanded your fleet) and check for a red message on top

- every ship/resource in the wallet needs an token account so if you start playing you create all these
as long you playing they always there
at the moment its purely to help build your starbase (or trade the resources on the marketplace).
You get LP as a reward which can be redeemed for emissions from a daily atlas pool.
There will also be other items you can get through the LP store (like consumables, skins,...). Although its not clear when that will be avaliable
@late solstice so if you really want to check if you get everything back (regarding rent accounts) you'd have to remove all your assets from the starbased game ID (all ships and resources)

- go to atlas.eveeye.com
- Copy your wallet address (the one you used to play labs) into the profile in the upper left corner of the site.
- go to the inventory on the site and click the link shown in the pic
so i moved everything to wallet and i got back 2/3 of gas fees

If you want to save even more on your transactions I'd recommend you pay them in sol instead of atlas. The conversion program takes a little 10% cut, so paying in sol is slightly cheaper

I managed a work around. When the Starbased screen reloads, the Atlas Prime settings cog is momentarily visible while it connects to your wallet, if you time it right you can tap it before it is shifted off screen. Not ideal, but it worked for me.

Click on your CSS, then "port of entry" on the left side of the interface. That's the only place you can move your ship into the game.

2 of my friends and I, installed in ONI-4 about 30 min ago, and successfully got our LPs without any problem. Problem might have been resolved. However, I should note that there is no announcement from the team yet. So, it is a risk that you should take if you consider claiming your LPs.

SB, basically it is to deposit the items and get paid for them. Whoever placed them to deliver, even if they received them back, wasted time converting this item into an LP that was not credited. While others had their credits correct.
The correct thing would be for SA to take the items that have already been placed in the process and deliver the LP. Or compensate them in another way.
I wouldnt expect a compensation. This program is in early development, you still have all your resources, stuff like this happens and will keep on happening (Note that I was affected by this as well)

that's a common error. if you leave the ticket without closing it on the top button, you will not be able to open another ticket on the future.
Maybe if you can set up an auto close timer, or prevent people somehow to leave the chat if ticket is not closed.
You can save you a lot of work searching for unclosed tickets 🙂

It is about the priority fees. Phantom wallet uses high priority fees in order to make it sure the transaction should not fail (especially when blockchain is jammed. On the other hand solflare continuous with the basic fees. this is why fee differences comes from. For 5-6 days chain is smooth and I haven't experienced any bad transaction failures

Phantom uses priority fees in their txn iirc
all fees are dictated within the blockchain
whenever you see a + sol in your transactions, it means you are reclaiming it
and I respect your view on the txns fees. they did increase a bit since the upgrades and stuff within the blockchain. but imagine doing all of these txns in ETH?
Also you can reclaim your sols from stepfinance all at once. Check how you do it from youtube or google it. It is easy you will find it

You have the option to self destruct when you click on the fleet. To recover it at the CSS you have to pay a little atlas fee though

No the only starbase that materials can be withdrawn from to a wallet is the CSS.
I remember that in the Sage Labs version they enabled practically everything to be done by Mobile Phone, they even made an announcement about it.
But in this version (Starbase), just the loading and unloading dynamics cannot be displayed on the web pages of the Apps (Solflare and Phantom), they would need to re-enable the display of the spaces to place the quantities and they could be do those processes.
At this stage of the process of validating many basic dynamics of the project, and attracting players, it is imperative that this web version be affordable with the portability offered by phones and Wallet Apps to add customer strength to the project. , I think this problem is also happening to activate fleet mining.

Hello, i have a huge problem in starbased, recently purchased a data runner ship, i have spent more than 2 days scanning and found nothing.
almost every time i have to confirm the scan transaction, and after few seconds, phantom throws another confirm transaction with red text saying transaction may be reverted... even if i accept that, the scanning fails showing this message: Something went wrong, please try again.
That’s strange. Is your cargo storage full maybe? Do you have enough sol (or atlas if atlas prime enabled) to pay for transaction costs?
Keep in mind that a rent account will be opened for your sdus which will cost more than just the transaction fee. You’ll get that back once you unload your sdus
- Cargo empty.
- Enough Sol (prime disabled)
- I know about the rent for sdus (mined before)
As a workaround i'm bringing the ship back to CSS and manually transfer an SDU to trigger the rent account, and see if it works.

This is clearly a visual bug, is this a known bug? I also noticed that sometimes the CSS hangar would tell me I had double the amount of ships than I actually have.
I suspect it is a starcomm or rpc issue because after reloading starbased, it has cleared.
