jeez, I had to combine wallets, give Seed phrase to have the same fleet and it doesn't make sense anyway, as u can not import Burner wallets. So created new one. 🤔

A couple of other people are confirming that ships aren't moving. Is there a known issue relating to ships not actually moving but accepting transaction fees? I've seen confirmation messages but no movememnt as well as no movement and no confirmation.

You need to play Escape Velocity. You need to warp and scan. Loot will be airdropped into your wallet

Does anyone know how to clear pending app interactions in Phantom wallet? My wallet stopped working, due to this I think. No, it seemed fine at the time. When I started having problems, I noticed that there were still a bunch of pending transactions apparently from the attempt to claim. I'm hoping SA will drop the items into my wallet like they did a few weeks ago.

I explain my first round of the game, I did it with phantom, I earned rewards and I saw them in my SA inventory... but due to the constant clicking, I changed to solfare.

@silver fox from a quick behavior-observation, I think that the Showroom keeps the "state" of any controller/device since the showroom is launched and even after a device is disconnected. If you disconnect any (unnecessary) devices BEFORE launching the Showroom, there of course isn't anything the showroom could "cache" as input-state.

I noticed that the Keybinds were missing for Left and down. COULD this be why I get the "Look up and Right Glitch sometimes?
I updated my Mouse Firmware, Removed my extra Controllers, Checked nothing was pressing on Keyboard. I would say that 1/5 Times attempting to load into Solo or Multiplayer - I have to restart as I cannot drive well with Up and Right "Drifting"

Looks amazing then one or two steps.....crashes. I have put in a ticket on friday and filled out another form with info on the crash. As a content creator for SA who can't get in the showroom with an AMD 9, and XFX Speedster MERC310 AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX 24GB GDDR6, AMD RDNA 3 RX-79XMERCB9. Pretty real sure it's not my computer........ To say it is disheartning is an understatement

Hey Dodger, this seems to be an issue with the Solflare BURNER wallet, but don't worry. Star Atlas can't sign transactions for you or take your funds later. If you sign the same transaction with Phantom, you won't see this message

Hello :). How do I open a ticket? - for the marketplace.
I have just created two orders on the marketplace, and while my wallet shows the toolkits were sent to the marketplace for each transaction, and the orders never appeared on the marketplace. One order was to sell 20 million and the other order to sell 21 million. right around 8:30 PM Eastern time. I can provide the exact time from the transaction, if needed. The 41,000,000 Toolkits in total are no longer in my SA inventory, and the orders never appeared on the market. Please help :). thank you.

Conclusion: Its a 'feature' on GX's new update, not allowing you to use phantom wallet with SA.

Yep, I tried that and literally disconnected any additional inputs I have. Nothing is helping. My character keeps walking without my input, up and to the right
in one case a mechanical keyboard caused it. but not sure if that would work for you sorry
also, try removing all plugged devices on your machine and restart it. then plug them back in and launch the game.

Hi, transferred my StarAtlas NFT to my SafePal wallet. It happened that the SafePal doesn't show my NFT. Support told it is because SA didn't register the NFTs on NFTscan. Does someone know if SA has plans to list the NFTs there?
Star Atlas currently does not support safepal. Need to ask the team if that's planned. All Solana wallets are interchangeable, so you could always switch to a supported wallet.

any1 plays EV on a laptop with an external monitor attached? When I unplug the external monitor EV plays fine on the monitor laptop with dGPU. But when I plug the monitor, performance drops on both monitors, it starts to stuttering. With external monitor, laptop screen uses iGPU and external monitor uses dGPU. I could not find a way to switch to dGPU on laptop monitor when external monitor is plugged.

Hey guys I am experiencing a big issue with xbox controller. I even tried 3 different controllers and always have this issue. When I start the game my character is just running in cycle - nothing helps. I already reinstalled everything and updated all drivers... I tried to remap the controller with reWASD. It helped ... but on some points in the game (for example if I hit the wall during the race or press some buttons at the same time, or just after 2 min of the race) the cycling starts again... thats so frustrating! I just cant play racing with the mouse an keyboard 😦

if you have lots of usb stuff there is a tool called hidhide, so you dont need to unplug, maybe deactivating in the device manager also works

Also, by default, ie, if not permanently corrected the avatar will lower the line of sight and look down. To finish I'm not able using the UP/DOWN keys to change between first and third person. I've been trying to refill on toolkits so I can maintain my faction fleet ships.
When I go to the marketplace, the Star Atlas as a seller option is no longer there, and when I try to buy one of the more expensive options, it doesn't work on both ATLAS or USDC options. I've been able to do this process just fine since they made this available until about a week or so ago...

I'm having the same issue. It is specifically only when attempting to buy resources. I don't get Phantom transaction authorization window. It comes up for everything else just fine.
Try disconnecting, restarting your browser and try again. Sometimes it takes time.
Already tried all that. I also created orders for each resource. I approved the transactions and they never appeared. It's been at least 30 minutes since I tried.
The Atlas was taken from my wallet for the buy orders, but they are not showing up in the list

I have the same issue, I can’t buy resources, the authorization window of Phantom doesn’t show up. Everything else on the Marketplace works just fine. Interestingly: I have the same issue with the browser wallet on my Mac and on the phantom mobile wallet on my iPhone. So I guess it’s probably not a problem on my end.

I'm having trouble sending ammo and fuel from Solflare to Phantom. I'm only able to send one unit at a time. I need to send over 100K, so this won't work for me. For some reason, food and tools are on the main screen with the cryptocurrencies in Solflare, which gives me the option to select quantity when sending. Fuel and ammo are showing up on the second screen as NFT's, and there is no option to select quantity when sending. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
try having a different browser profile, install phantom but use the solflare seed phrase in that wallet. that way you can access your solflare account but use the Phantom wallet functionality. let me know if that helps

So, the R4 in question is in a Solflare burner wallet address. Will this import into Phantom along with my main Solflare wallet address?
I can advise you on my way of doing it. I’d have my phantom wallet set up an incredible small atlas price for the resources like .000001 for each resource and have my solflare sell into it
Also I believe some people might be using step.finance to send resources but you’d need to find more info from other peeps on that
If I am not mistaken, as long as you use the same seed phrase, it should reflect all the active wallets in that account.
It was a nice idea, but that did not work. It only imported the main wallet address, not the burner.
Step.finance is a no go. Apparently NFT's don't show up there because it is a burner wallet. It only shows what is in the main wallet address. Selling to myself seems to be the way to go. It would be nice if someone developed a fix for this problem. We need to make the process easier if we want to see wide spread adoption. Thank you for your help.
Again this is one of those instances where tons will change with next step of sage so might not be worth it to create in the long term of things

Ok, I will give it some time. FYI: I just finished a chat with Solflare support. They are aware that there is a bug in the bulk sending feature, and they are working to fix it ASAP. The marketplace instability is related to heavy activity in EV. Both marketplace and EV are using the same Starcomm server on purpose right now. It's important to see how these two products work together when under load, and unfortunately it looks like the marketplace is having difficulty keeping connected to starcomm at the moment.

I have the same problem with the ticket, but I have a marketplace issue. I had an order up, canceled it to reup my bid, put my new bid up. Now hours later, my new bid is gone, and my old order is up, but the USDC difference is still gone from my wallet.

it is the same issue since the update, and in the just released patch, after the patch I am getting a different error code The one with the black background is the first error code crash I had after the showroom update. The original showroom ran fine. The white background is the error message I am recieving after the patch. The issue is everything loads fine and once I try to look around or walk it crashed the ue5 program, I have a 7900 xtx graphics card. and an amd 9 processor.

GM guys, Does anyone else has actually an issue to claim their $POLIS at the Atlas locker?
I try now since a couple of weeks to claim my accumulated $POLIS but always get a transaction error in the transaction details. This could happen because I use a Ledger somehow but it worked fine in the first couple of months. Anyone with an idea whats going on?
I need to mention that I did already all possible things. clear cache, reload, etc. etc. removed my wallet complete, added the wallet via Ledger again. All no difference the CLAIM function fails for the ATLAS Locker!
Also interesting that it does NOT fail for the Polis Locker! I can claim as usual from the Polis locker! This only happen to the ATLAS locker.

The fear of the user is that when lock ends a malware bot instantly empty the wallet. Please consider implementing this feature

Having issues on the DAO Proposal Page, Keep getting an Account Not Authorized error when trying to authorize wallet under Proposal Discussion. Also not sure selecting "Interested" in voting records is working. It goes through the signing process on my ledger, but I see no results nor am I blocked from voting again. I switched over to the lockers tab and claimed polis with no issues so the problem seems isolated to the Proposals Page.

Hi, my Polis locking period is over and at the locker experiation box it says "Expired". But it seems like we can't exceed/renew the locking of the same Polis. It just doesn't let me and all I see down below at the Lock Amount box is a dark gray box which you can't write anything in it. How can I lck my Polis and vote for the Dao?

I am a new user, sincerely, all of you guys here are smart but at the same time not too much, this is just chaos, channels everywhere, no real focus (there is a channel about food! Omg) a common person will just look into all of this and he/she will surrender about getting information, i am sorry but i can say this because i am new, and when i get here that was my first impression, CHAOS!, in my case i will read all of this because i am a person who is willing to do it, its my job, i have a will to understand and i will get it, but a common person will just pass... I dont know what the developers think about this but you need to understand what is ¡Simplicity!, Common people don't understand acronyms, common people don't read a lot and a lot of them don't have your knowledge with which you can easily understand everything here, common people can't access this easily because it has a huge communication barrier... Common people, the people you are intended to reach in the long term for success, they need something simple, a guide in just ONE page, a step by step, why? Because they are common people!!, You are smart i am sure of it, but for real... It's exhausting just looking at all of the things you need to read to understand this game.. And it's not just about press the download button because people looking for blockchain games will be interested in the economy factor and they have a need... Solana is a blockchain that tries to bring simplicity to the common people, you can read what is blockchain on their page and even a 14 year old child can understand it easily, but in your case that child will prefer to go to another game, as developers on Solana, you have a huge communication barrier...

As a big supporter of star atlas for over a year, i find the discord server cluttered and tiring.
on the top left you have channels and roles, if you dont like an channel just turn it off?
its a big project with many modules, not sure but if you put everything in general it would be hard to get any info

I dont know how it could be done though, i know it would be Hard to simplify the server of such a complicated project. It's just a feeling
The only thing that i find could be done is having easy access to information about the game. Like info about the ships, their atlas emissions, etc.

its not so simple i dont advise a 14y old to get into crypto, you have to look at other mmo, you never get away with 1 site only and then you know everything, maybe a phone game but no mmo

Looks like I can't remove ships from Faction Fleet at the moment. Each time I try to remove my Pearce R8, the transaction fails on instruction #4. Any ideas?
Edit: Website just told me at attempt 20-ish that I needed Toolkits in my inventory to withdraw fleet. Usually have loads, but that info on the page would be handy

Was sorted by having more toolkits in my inventory before attempting to withdraw fleet. Just need the website to say that I need these so that I understood better the need to repair the ship first.
