It doesn’t appear any contracts are at risk and most seem to keep it in contracts so that if the hacker does go over your wallet they are less inclined to go through the effort to unstake and steal than if you had it available for them to take in your wallet

I was wondering if the team will think about providing an alternative to LPs and fleet medals with the last events and so many wallets compromised.
I know all benefits are linked to the already used wallets, and dev wise it makes sense, but now this community may be looking into creating new wallets for their own funding sake, but with the risk of losing all the progress and benefits from believing in SA from the very beginning with a risky wallet.
Personally, I'm getting a ledger, but all my SA progress will be lost if I move any SA related to it...

I want to withdraw my Pearce X4 fleet. But it says there is an issue. I can’t withdraw it, tried it often and also waited patiently for the solana chain network to maybe get better a few minutes later. I reloaded the star atlas website. I deleted the cookies and tried it again. Nothing helps!

Hi! Is your fleet with full healt? If not, first step is to buy some toolkits and ressupply it until its health goes near 100%-99%
If it doesn't solve your problem, please go into the market and do an offer IN ATLAS to every resource that isn't depleted in that fleet (Ex.: If you still have food in that ship, make an offer in atlas for ammo) and cancel it 1 or 2 minutes (you don't neet it to be filled, this is just to make sure you have the temporary accounts to get back every resource when you withdraw the fleet)
After you do that, try again to withdraw your fleet.

Hello. Due to the recent hacking of Solana wallets, my wallet was also hacked. From that wallet I sent my ships to the fleet and had my POLIS locked for 5 years. If I just take my ships out of the fleet I will lose the loyalty bonus for their rank, also I will not be able to get bonuses for locking POLIS, because the bonuses will be assigned to the hacked wallet which I want to get rid of, because I cannot use it anymore. Does the team have plans to help affected users as a result of hacking to save their current position in the game, save the bonuses and redirect them to a new wallet?

Hello, first of all, im sorry that happened to you. Slope was not supported in the dao as far as i know how you were able to stake there? As for the fleets, these badges have minimal rewards, we advise all players who are concerned to move to ledgers.Its a trade off for more security at the moment.

Also advisable to #ticket to investigate further on how your wallet got compromised.

token are locked im afraid, i think best way would be to keep the old wallet and claim rewards from time to time and later when the lock is finished move over, im not sure but i dont think the attackers will watch it every day. so a good chance there that you able to extract your rewards and later the unlocked tokens.

i everyone! I've not been involved with Star Atlas for long, but I've gone ahead and purchased myself an Opal JetJet. I realised that I had some left over MATIC in a metamask wallet which I converted to SOL. Hiho, the marketplace got "upgraded" to a new version, but if your ship was sold, your money have to be claimed.
If it wasnt, your open order is still active (but you can't see it in the new market).
The best way to know what happened and get your money (or ship) into your walled would be pasting you PUBLIC wallet address into app.step.finance/#/dashboard

Hi guys, Iv finally got around to setting up my ledger on phantom, iv sent 1 ship there and 1 SOL, when I try to join a faction, phantom pops up and asks me to approve a small fee, I approve this, then I get an error and a message saying “are you sure you want to choose unenlisted?”
I have the SOL app connected on the ledger, and 1 SOL in my phantom wallet, iv also enabled blind signing on the ledger sol app. I dont see any messages on the ledger when I approve the transaction on phantom. So I dont know what im doing wrong. I have reconnected a few times and still the same….any ideas?

Thought I’d update on this #🤝┃community-support message in case anyone has the same problem, I think it was that I setup the ledger on phantom before I enabled the blind signing in the options, and this was giving me problems, even though I had enabled it after. I had to delete the wallet and redo it (with the blind signing enabled). Once I did this, all was good.

To see your history, you have to go to a scanning tool to see your chain data. The most common in solana is Solscan.
There is no built in toll in the Star Atlas site to see it =S

Yes, got a nice fake DM from someone pretending to be the VB Star Atlas Moderator. Opened a ticket and they helped me know it was fake. Advice: If someone is friend requesting you or messaging you, go to their StarAtlas or Moderator icon on the right, click view profile, and see if it's the same one.

Also, per my ticket, FYI, the Coinbase Wallet integration is down. New users have to use Phantom for now.

I just found that Solflare lets me connect to the Ledger Nano X from my iPhone (needs the ledger live app to be connected simultaneously) .. works flawlessly but, same as in the phantom's iOS app, you can't place orders on the marketplace.. but at least I can feed the fleets, see my lockers etc.. I leave it there in case it helps any members moving to ledger.@maiden ocean I know you've been asked this before, but if you could let the team know that both the in-app web browser for solflare and phantom behave the same in the marketplace? it looks like if the mobile web version has this issue.
